Upon receiving my choices of doughnuts and receiving excellent service, paid for my doughnuts. I chose to tip for service. Employees informed me they aren't allowed to except tips. After hearing this I filed a complaint on line, returned few days later to talk to store manager. This is a corporate policy. If I would have insisted the employees are instructed to put tip in register and corporate takes them. What right do they have telling me who I can tip and what right do they have to take it? I want to talk to corporate management to get explanation was told I would be contacted by corporate. Hasn't happened. I finally received a coupon for free dozen doughnuts. That's not an explanation and what does that do any good ALL I WANT IS AN EXPLANATION.

I thought it would nice since I was in the area where there was a Krispy Kreme to get donuts for family and for work. What a disappointment.they looked small and deflated.so much so I decided not to drop them off at work. I tried one when I got home.and the grease it left on the roof of my mouth was disgusting. I went thru the drive thru at your new location at the corner of highway 92 and I-575 in Woodstock Ga. On November 28,2022 around 9am ordered a dozen Hot Krispy Kream the lady told me there would be a 5 -minute wait which I waited 10 minutes then she told me there was a problem with the frier and that all she could give me was 1 hot and 11 that was made earlier. Apparently, the others were made a week ago. I am 67 years old have been eating your donuts my entire life on very regular basis. I know for sure I will never eat at that location again and will think twice before I ever eat at any of your locations again. I just threw the rest of them in the trash about half. I am so ashamed of you people to allow this kind of thing to go on. Not if you really care what I think.

Finally, at school, I got to try one of the donuts. The chocolate ones were ok, but extremely sweet. Then, the next time, there were these donuts that were only covered in sugar pieces. It was disgusting, like so bad. It was horribly sweet, and I almost threw up it was like eating a whole bowl of MSG. It was just plain terrible and my friend just took a big bite, then said: "Hmm… I loooooove donuts." And then ate like a pig in front of my nose. The donuts were horrid.

The last four trips that I have made to Krispy Kreme have been terrible. The product is stale sometimes the donuts are not even cooked inside and the custard is lumpy and taste funny. I went there today and got a mocha chocolate coffee I actually threw up after the first drink. It was terrible there was hardly any ice in it and taste it like water with sugar in it And a little bit of coffee. Going to take a break from Krispy Kreme for a while. The donuts used to be delicious they are now leftover stale remnants of what they used to be. I don't think I've ever seen the hot light on before 11 PM. Which is too late for fresh donuts.

I purchase 5 $20 gift card from sams club by mistake, for my daughter school teachers. I thought it was same as Dounkin Donuts.
After I taste donuts and coffee. I do not like it at all. My daughter taste it. She did not like it also. We throw them away finally.
Then I get just kuspy Kreme customer service phone from web. Called them and try yo request refund. They were so rude attitude.

And not too many store around. I get different gift for teachers. I have $100 gift card, do not know what to do with them.

I am a member of the Krispy Kreme club and get coupons on my email on a weekly basis. I got a coupon today offering "any dozen" for $6.99 and I could get up to 4 dozen. As soon as I started ordering, I was told the "any dozen" did not include any of the "premium" flavors. Basically, "any dozen" ONLY includes glazed, basic creme filled and jelly. Nothing else.

This was a coupon sent from the company to their club members and it said "any dozen." I reviewed the fine print and it only said it could be used for up to 4 dozen, good this weekend only. It doesn't mention any restrictions whatsoever.

So, Krispy Kreme, you are engaged in lying and bait and switch with your customers. Really? That's the way you want to treat people?

If they're not hot turn your light off! 20 people working and dognuts are cold. I would've never have stopped

Terrible customer service from a worker at Liverpool orange Grove Krispy Kreme. His name is Carlos. Gave me attitude the whole time snatched the money out of my hands and burnt my bagel

I first had KK in 1968. Got them today and giggled like a 12 YO, ate 2 in the car before pulling out to head home. Exactly as I remembered them. 52 years later and they are still the same.

Hot and NOW means right off the conveyor. And that's where they came from. Right into the box.

All of these 1 star reviews are nuts. Not sure what these people are expecting. KK specializes in hot glazed donuts. I challenge anyone to find a better donut for less than a buck.

Ierah provided an outstanding service this morning at the Rockville store location. I picked up two dozens for a nearby Rehab center, and would gladly return if I knew Ierah I was working. She's exceptionally delightful, patient and graceful in every way!

Used to LOVE buying the fresh hot melt in your mouth glazed donuts as they came off of the belt in the Pensacola location. I relocated to St Petersburg and finally found another Krispy Kreme. When I saw the hot sign illuminated I whipped into line only to discover that the donuts were not fresh or hot but only hot glaze had been looted on top of them. This happened on every occasion so sadly I e had to give up on them. Probably best for my waist line anyway.

Went in today 03/17/2022 and only 1 lady was working. She was rocking it all by herself and man was she good! She was the manager and I had an order for 9 dozen this am and the drive thru was packed. Management really needs to recognize her and give her a bonus for today. This is for the location at 3201 W. Indian school. Thank you so much for all you are doing today!

I just bought Krispy creme bites strawberry flavor, they come in a 4 pack, OMG, they are so good the best i every had we love them, keep up the great work, better then DD.

Went through the drive-through in N Oklahoma City early this morning to order 3 different doughnuts. Was told they didn't have blueberry cake doughnuts so I just purchased the other 2 that I wanted to try. Those 2 doughnuts cost 3.89, and at that time of day I expected them to be warm and soft but they were not. They tasted fine but they were cool and the texture was a little dry and stiff like they had been sitting around awhile. It was a let down for me and definitely not worth the price. It was my first experience with Krispy Kreme and I won't be back
