Over a period of one year and two months, I sold nothing. I sold camping gear and equipment I got from supplier drop shippers. They tell you that you own the website, however, you have no access to the code of your website. They have complete control over the site. Any alterations must be done through a request form. My site look great! Products were great! Only their marketing strategy is poor. And they didn't help me either. They just told me I needed to go through more of their training programs and it was my fault I was selling anything. In the meantime, It was costing me $139.99 a month for them to maintain my site. "It kind of like having a brand new car to show off and nobody was seeing it cause it was parked in the garage." So, I could not keep on doing this. I went into this business investment thinking I was going to sell products online, and they told me I would, if I did exactly what they told me to do. So, they are blaming my failure of not being up in the top 10 listings of Google Search because I was not following through their on going training program. Sorry, I am not going to keep throwing money at something that does not work. I quit and took my losses for a total of $*******. 86 credit card debt.

Last July I wanted to start my own website so I signed up with Kreative for help. I did a ton of computer work, but help was not easy to come by. Nine months later and after spending $12,000 of my money, I never got a viable website, and NEVER MADE ONE DIME! They prey on honest people who are trying their best to make some extra cash. They have no problem in taking your money and leaving you with absolutely nothing! They are just making money on you're dreams! Don't waste your time and especially your money!

My review about this site is not good. I got in there and they promised me that I would have a legit website. I got the highest quality one, because they were giving me two choices one in the thousands on the other one in the two thousands. I picked the two thousands because they said it would be the best quality. Okay later they asked me if I could open a credit card with $5,000 and I wasn't able to since I got out of my job so they asked for $2,000 since I had some money on my account. They told me nothing were it would go and later when they were asking for more I asked them about the $2,000 dollars and they said it just went into something so there will be a flow which I could of done that myself. When they called me later they asked to pay for 6 appointments that would cost $39 each, I told them that I would have no more money after that and they replied with the answer we don't care. So came out that i lost around $4,350 with there Assistance. They are great by stealing money out of people's pockets, i guess they were taught to do that. Please listen and proceed wisely to not have anything to deal with kreative.com. They are stealers...

This company is purpose in life is to talk you out of as much of your money as they can. When they can't get any more they stop talking to you. They don't return calls or answer emails. I am very angry but am not writing this just because of my anger. I don't want anyone else to get scammed like what they did to me. I would be willing to talk to anyone who is considering signing up with these people. I take 50% of the responsibility for letting them rob me. There were so many red flags but I kept hoping I was being short tempered and things would get turned around and work out for me. I am angry because they did not do what they INSISTED they would do for me. Before they were Kreative they were another company by a different name which I can't remember now. The information my granddaughter got off of the computer was that they were under investigation under the old name.
When I questioned my contact person about that he acted like a was speaking German or something. He said that wasn't true and they had never gone by a different name. If I believe the computer this statement by him was false. I stuck with them because I was already into them for over $6,000 and I really needed to make enough money to at least pay these credit cards off. At this point that is all I want but I had to finally sever our relationship because they were doing nothing for me. Please do not do business with this company because they will definitely rip you off. If you are thinking about doing business with them ask them if they will cover the note instead of using credit cards to pay them. The answer should convince you to run away as fast as you can.

These young men has very nice clothing and potential but... I ordered from them may 31 and didn't get my items till august. I had to file a claim with PayPal to get my items. I left KC plenty of emails they never responded I tried to leave comments on their instagram. Guess what? My comments go deleted. They are scammers in my opinion so when I filed a claim with PayPal they finally sent my items. BARELY they sent one out of my 2 items so AGAIN I had to deal with this issue with PayPal and I got my partial refund. All in all I wouldn't order from them ever again.

I am currently disputing charges to my credit card. I've cancelled my account but am being told that it doesn't matter because the 3 days have passed and I am going to have to pay for the 24 months of website help! Thats over 2500 dollars! Let alone the 3750. 00 they took right away from my credit card. The first thing they want to do is get access to your credit score, then they tell you which credit card to use to pay. The one with the biggest credit limit, of course. Who can see if they are going to like something in 3 days? They included the weekend when counting the 3 days, which wasn't right. They keep trying to talk me into staying but its not for me. All they want is your money and they use that agreement to stick it to you! Money hungry jerks!

After dealing with Kreative for four months or so, I had the gut feeling that things weren't right, and all the negative reviews and the lack of BBB accreditation have confirmed that. Long story short, I'm now out over $14,000 in credit card debt to them and recently was accepted by National Debt Relief to handle that debt with 3 different credit cards. Also I had requested for them to take down a website, which they were charging $139.99 for and they not charge for it, but it was reflected on the most credit card statement. Now they want me to talk to a client retention specialist. Sounds like a desperation thing to me, as they supposedly say they can resolve most certainly issues. The resolution for me is I'm done with them. Just like sheep in wolf's clothing. Perhaps a class action suit by former scammed clients will bring that company down.

The sales department either doesn't know or doesn't care about the actual capabilities of their software and and configuration. I wasted a year with them waiting for their "engineers" to handle Canadian currency. Something I was assured was "no problem, we have lots of Canadian e-comm sites". Beyond basic help, as other reviewers have mentioned, you're on your own. If you're going to work with an archaic system launching html editing for every h1 header you might as well build your own and save the money and time.

Their favorite line is "I'm here to help you!" The only help needed is for them to actually do the work that they were hired to do. Yes, they are a scam. Take your $$$ and never actually do the job. They say they can do X, Y, & Z but when it comes do to it they are a low class company that can't get the work done. Wouldn't recommend them at all. They lie to get your money and then you have to make an appointment if you need something or have a question. Appointment take 24 -72 hours. Imagine having a question about a product that you purchased and have to wait 3 days for an answer. I have left messages and never got a return call to make an appointment. Now it's 5 days. This company will not be in business very long once people can figure out to stay away. Please tell as many people as you can.

These people do not deliver what they promise and over charge for their services. My mother has been scammed for $16,000 and have asked for her money back. They have not delivered. She is a 68 yr old woman needing some extra income and they did not help her in any way to develop an online shopping store. They did not provide any assistance in what products she she should sell. She refused to sell sex online or anything else to do with sex online. They did not help with any other kind of research into what sells online. They did lighten her pocketbook though. To take advantage of someone who is just trying to make a buck that is over 65 years old is downright cruel and unreasonable.

They have been asked to return the money. She is a reasonable person and would have paid for the time spent. Which is a minimal amount of time and even if it was $100 per hour, I would have not written this review. I am not impressed and would highly recommend that if you are thinking of using them, think again and stay away.
