So after being a koodo customer for over 12 years, they put my $35.00 plan rate up $5.00 without notice. I contact them to complain. They tell me my plan is no longer available and that they will give me a plan for $35.00 / month with extra data. In twelve years of using my phone, I have never gone over 1 giga bit of date, now I have 40 giga bit of data. So now they have charged me $15.00 for change of plan. Which I didn't want or ask for. For new customer they offer my old plan for $35.00 / month, but they will not sell me. Public Mobile has a cheaper plan for half the money. The only time I have spoken to koodo is when I tried to change providers. I'm glad to be done with koodo and their games.
