I don't play games, I had my heart played with another woman and i wouldn't do that to anyone, I've been hurt before and I don't wish that on anyone.
Not satisfied. Exactly very bad experience. I have never used this site and this time just for a try. I have been told that I'm subscribed to this site, but have not heard about it untill today.
Same experience as everyone else, got ripped off for downloads that I didn't even know I'd subscribed to. It uses a PayForIt system that I'd never even heard of that the network providers allow the use of on our mobiles without even making us aware that our mobile phones are like credit cards but with no security pins or codes. BEWARE.
If everyone reports this to PhonePayPlus and Watchdog then maybe finally something might be done to stop more people getting fleeced.
Also worth complaining to your network providers as they should hold some responsibility for this. If they have to refund enough of us then they will take action too.
N. B. Always put your phone on FlightMode before allowing your toddlers to play on it!
SSAM SCAM SCAM - Steer well clear for kkomobile - SCAM SCAM SCAM - charging your £4.50 a week for services/products that you can donwload for free
Do not go near this site, no transparency. I got caught on a click. Unable to undo.
Have taken £4.50per wk for past few weeks. Trying to cancel
Very bad experiance like many others.
Without me knowing they took 18 pounds of my account.
I never used the website.
It must be a click of a message.
Very rude and not willing to listen!
I have been told that I'm subscribed to this Kko mobile site, but have not heard about it untill today. No one could of done it without my knowing so I'm baffled as to how it's appeared on my phone iPhone 3GS. I texted stop to the number but am now concerned I'll be charged an exorbitant fee for doing that. The 3 network needs to pull its finger out and provide some means of preventing this kind of theft.
My four year old son was playing a game on my iphone and apparantly clicked on two pop up banners to"make them go away"
Whilst checking my allowances for my phone a £4.50 item appeared. I phoned 3,
Who told me it was a subscription for £4.50 A WEEK!. Just for some games which i can get for free on my iphone. The banner comes up as MyDoo and is French based company. I called them and got a rude madam who wouldn't give names of her supervisors except for MARK. Nothing else, just Mark, with no position or title, just Mark. I got her at least to cancel the subscription and the address of the company in France.

By the way there was NO TEXT!
Be careful of pop up banners from this company that kids can easily subscribe to a weeky service in just a couple of clicks.
An unethical company.
Answer: Type in kilo mobile on google and you will find dozens of complaints like ours. Below is a response from David In Cambridge. Hi, it appears I also subscribed to KKO Mobile service, without knowing anything about it. I received a text on 23 Sep, from KKOMobile, saying I had subscribed (while driving to work!). I thought it was spam just trying to get hold of "real" people, so Ignored it - but did call the payforit number (08458341119) from a landline and unsubscribe. Still got charged £4.50 though, but only found out on checking my october bill online yesterday. BTW I am with 3 mobile. I then sent "Stop" text to the KKOMobile number - 61973. Emailed KKO, and had a reply this morning - saying more or less tough luck, we have charged you. They maintain someone subscribed, and the email infers it could be a child (it often happens). Looking at their terms and conditions, condition 2 says 'The subscriber must be over 18, and have the permission of the billpayer to use this service'. It could be that my four year old subscribed (playing angry birds...) but he certainly isn't over 18, and can't read to boot! I have filed a complaint with phonepayplus, in the hope this will be sorted. Pity someone can't launch an action on their website. I hope this helps
