I purchased 2 tickets with the Kiwi.com Guarantee. Had to cancel because a storm had washed away the only road. I ask for a credit or refund. Was told that I would only get $10.00 refund because I purchased the standard ticket. Price without guarantee was $658. With guarantee $747 I paid $768? PLEASE DO NOT USE! Thank you
