I am an author of a book which they posted illegally. OK, it didn't make much money but that's not the point. I was never asked to have it posted here.

I've chosen an incorrect book by mistake and asked for a discount buying the correct one. Instead they simply provided me the book I needed at no extra cost. Thanks, Kisslibrary!

KissLibrary is one of those shops that have a mom&pop feel. Whenever I have any issue with a book, I can just fire up an email and the at most the next day my issue is resolved. I remember buying a book at a different shop and even though it straight up had an incorrect cover, it still took them over 2 weeks to check it and refund my money. Needless to say, I'm now a loyal kisslibrary customer :)

Thanks for making this awesome site. Not only the books are cheap and the selection is vast, but you get to speak to a real live human via email and live chat. Love it!

I don't really like amazon with all the negative press of how badly they treat their workers, so I try to support independent shops like this one. Thanks for being out there guys!

This is the place you use when you can't find the book you need online. I travel a lot, so carrying books with me would suck, instead I just load a bunch of books on my kindle and I'm good to go!

Thanks for having down to earth prices. College isn't cheap per se and getting all the books I need as paperbacks is just not an option for me.

I've always wanted to be an author, but frankly it's a lot harder than I imagined. I'm still learning, and I realize my books aren't as good as another ones our there, but I decided to still publish them to see how it feels and to get feedback from readers. KissLibrary has really helped me along the way, I wish there were more sites like it.

I like how they have both mainstream and rare books that I couldn't find on larger shops online. The file quality isn't always top notch, but they let you check the preview before buying and even if you forget to do that and find the file isn't good enough, they aren't too tight with refunds.

A minimalistic experience for both the author and the buyer. The admin panel is very simple and easy to understand, the sales are charged at a flat rate, so it's quite transparent.

My book was for sale on this site without my authorization. Yes they removed but the issue was Kisslibrary could provide no legitimate reason as to why it was there.

The positive reviews talk about books cheaper than other sites. Here's how they do it - they don't pay the authors!

I just purchased a book I loved from this website because it unavailable on Amazon, Nook, Google and other sites. I would like to apologize to the authors. I assumed that stuff like piracy was illegal and they aren't allowed to do this. I should have checked the reviews first. Sorry authors. =(

Absolutely agree with the other reviews. They pirated my book without permission and I personally know other authors they have done the same to.

I despair. How can they be stopped? Based on other reviews I have seen they have done this for years.
