Honest and trustworthy website. Customer support replied on my email in few minutes and I got a refund quickly. I appreciate all these efforts by the team.

I was impressed with the design of this app after I saw its ad. That's why I decided to register and find out more. I noted good moderation of profiles, because I came across only few suspicious profiles. Also, app has very convenient search by couples and likes. However, developers should think about adding option to send voice messages in chats.

Quite good website with real users (at least it's my first impression). Most importantly, there is no disturbing advertising. And also I am very pleased with the work of customer support.

My experience on Kismia has been excellent, even considering the problem with subscription (I had some card errors). However, the response of the customer care is what I find most impressive. I believe they need to upgrade their payment options, so there can be different ways to subscribe without having to use card.

I spent first day on this website with thoughts that it is scam, because I got random messages from multiple users. But then I realized that most of them are from real people that are actively chatting. That's why I believe you can easily find partner or a friend here, if you are open for communication.

I wasn't satisfied with the subscription and conditions of its renewal, that's why I wrote to customer service to find solution. They offered me a 50% refund and I was happy with that. On the next day money appeared on my bank account. So I believe Kismia is reliable site.

I haven't seen "smart messages" in other dating apps, but I can say it's actually useful. If you don't know how to start conversation with the person it helps a lot. And the app itself is good enough.

Amazing customer support here. I thought that I will get feedback within 24 hours, however it only took 20 minutes. And what is important, my problem was solved right after end of conversation with the representative of customer support. Great work.

At first I was not impressed with this site, because you have to pay money to see who liked you and to chat with everyone. But then one woman wrote to me and it was interesting to chat with her. She's amazing, we've been on two dates and spent amazing time together. After that I changed my mind regarding dating websites, because I used to believe that here you can find only scammers. I think this app will be more interesting for people 30+ years old. It's not for casual dating, more about finding serious relationships. Unfortunately, you can't chat here for free with everyone. However, if you have a strong desire to find someone, it won't be a problem to pay for subscription.

In my opinion, this is great dating website designed for dating, not a bunch of freaks. I liked it because the moderators carefully screen out all the "non-serious" and fakes. And the search by couples and likes is cool, plus there are a lot of search criteria - it's convenient.

Only positive emotions after using this website. It's really easy to chat here and I have not seen any fake profiles. Price for subscription is good, so I bought it for one month.

After 1 week in this app I can say that moderation of profiles is at high level. I've only seen 2 suspicious profiles for all this time and reported about them. Only 4-stars from me because you can't send photos in chats.

You know, today there're a lot of different dating websites. But the main problem is that they overcharging for their services. I've been on some sites that cost almost 100 $ for month, it's crazy. That's why I'm happy to find Kismia. It has good premium subscription price and cool search filters. And you know, there're a lot of people in my area.

Im in Texas but was getting messages from elsewhere. Like California, Virgina, New York and even a guy from Costa Rica! How is that LOCAL? It doesn't let you put a radius or you can't even see their location on profile unless you pay. Annoying.
