Cheating the people. Take orders and collect money but don't deliver and don't return the money also. No responses for the complaints raised.
I had placed an order on July 3rd, completed the payment, got an refund mail as it wasn't available for the location. Till date there's no response from them. No value for customers. No way to contact as none of the emails are sent to the same mail id
Hi guys this is total fake aap. When my order cancelled then they are not refund my money this is very disappointed me. So please don't book any order from this platform. These all are fake people.
Guys never ordered in this company they all are groups of Fraud people they accept your order and after sometime they mailed you your order had cancelled and your refund will process on 6- 7 working days and amount will never they return very cheaps abd low type of people working so never go through eith this company mc.

They took money online 599- to deliver the cake on Mother's Day- Not delivered and were not informed either. When wrote mail to inquire, they said due to staff shortage not delivered, and will refund the money- no refund received till date and no response - this company seems more of scams rather then cake supplier- Be aware

Please don't use their services. This is fraud. They take the order after payment and then cancel after a while. They don't refund the money. No numbers to contact their customer care. You can only send mails to which they won't reply.
I booked service for cake and flowers assuming I will be able to send on time seeing available on google search. But after i paid for order without login i didn't got any confirmation message and money deducted from account and also order submitted successfully. But till now no calls or contact made to deliver cake and flowers which was on 05 May 2024. You guys are fooling customers and looting openly.

Never imagined that giving midnight surprise to my fiancée can be so easy through Kinkin. I thought of surprising my loved one on her birthday with something creative, but, was not knowing what to send. Thanks to Kinkin that helped me with the creative cakes options. I choose to deliver her with photo cake that showcase her lovely photo over cake. Really thankful to this site that has made my plan go successful. She was really happy to see that lovely cake that she never expected ever.

Kinkin never delivered food order *******. Neither they are responding to emails not processing refund. There is no other way to communicate the company. They are fake and shameless people.
