Sold me a car with known engine fault. Promised to repair it only for another trusted Independent Specialist to condemn the so called fix! Lost £7k moving car on and it's still not on the road. Refused to refund me and dropped the friendly front-of-house persona. No added value or peace of mind - no less risk than buying privately due to warranty not being worth the paper it's written on!
