I received the product timely and the sparklers seem to work great. I was not impressed with the boxes once I opened the package. It appeared to be a really old product and for the price I paid (especially shipping) I was expecting something quite different than what I would buy at a local fireworks shop off the highway.

The shipping was to expensive for that envelope. The cost was $11.94 and it should have cost $2.35 with the USPS. They didn't need to pay for tracking because the sparklers don't cost that much.
An unavoidable shipping issue was handled very well by the seller's customer service.
Easy but the estimated delivery time was off by 6 days which, really hindered my Labor Day weekend events.
For anyone considering their choices with regard purchasing sparklers, you don't have to look any further; this company really REALLY has it together! Exceptional product, exceptional company, and amazing follow-through relating to growing your business! I'm guessing you're called the 'King' of Sparklers for a reason!

On checking out I was told UPS would be shipping for $11.95. But it was shipped first class USPS. Not even priority mail. I feel I was waaaaay overcharged for shipping being well away my package was around $4. To ship and there was no 'packaging'. Also we have problems with getting our packages via USPS and it took 2 postal people who kindly went out of their way to make sure we received these sparklers in time. I placed the order because I could choose UPS shipping! The boxes came crushed:(
I contacted king of sparklers and never received a response. I will buy from another company from now on. Customer service goes a long way, but the silence, avoidance only confirms the sketchiness of this company.
