I ordered my nike heels on 1/26/11. I got a "processed order" email on the 30th, did not receive my tracking email for a week, then email after email of me threatening them with lawyers, they continued to respond, "no worries, your order has been processed and is awaiting shipment"... mind you, it should've been shipped 24 hrs after processing... it came from Shanghai China, I ordered 9.5 women and the feel like an eight, and yes, they are looking unauthentic to me... hindsight is 20/20, and like the other's reviews, i wish i would've looked up reviews prior to purchase. Problem is, not many sites have these beauties and they are not in stores... honestly, it would've been worth the wait had my 9.5 actually been 9.5 and not a 8 with 9.5 written on it. I used to sell shoes, so i kno Nikes run smaller, but not this small...
ADVICE... WAIT UNTIL THEY HIT THE STORES IN THE MALL

I tried to order shoes from there and they said it would only take 4-5 days. They never sent me my tracking number after 30 days of waiting and numerous emails and finally I told them to cancel my order. Then they told me that I would have to wait 3-4 weeks for a refund. I still have not received a refund. Do not buy anything from this place. I'm sticking to sites that I know. I don't know if I'll really get a refund back and I'm quite pissed! Your only wasting money because they are never going to send you the shoes or a refund!

I found out about this website via Facebook. This girl Natalie Hood tagged herself in all of these, what it appeared to be amature wannabe model photos. Tagging everyone that she knew( if she's even a real person) in her semi-nude scandalous bathroom photos. Claiming that if you wanted to check out her job go to www.shoehold.info/. This way to go about business is all wrong. Highly TACKY considering what she was doing in the photos, how am I suppose to know your selling shoes when your tits and $#*! are hanging out of every photo. WHERE ARE THESE SHOES you are modeling... yeah this company from what i've read. Is a piece of $#*! and I would never do business with them or ever tell a friend anything good about them. INFACT I PLAN I LETTING EVERYONE KNOW HOW SHIITY AND UNPROFESSIONAL YOUR COMPANY IS... and I hope that your founder reads this review

This website is terrible if you are considering ordering shoes for here i would strongly advice you not to! There customer service is terrible and as they say the shoes will only take 4-5 days to arrive. I have been waiting over 2 weeks. I have sent then numerous e mails because the customer service number they provide is not set up. The emails have only been returned once and it was absoloutly no help. They blamed the USPS for the tracking number not showing as active. All in all this site is horrible. I would not buy any shoes from them again!
