I ordered a sweatshirt on Wanelo app and kickoff shirts was the seller back in February, two months later I contacted wanelo and they said seller, kickoff shirts, never sent or they ran out of stock, wtf, horrible on both companies.
Should have read the reviews first but this site is absolutely a scam. I ordered cycling masks from them so they didn't have anything to make, just ship. A month went by and no contact from the seller. Then, after one month a charge for the masks came out of my account. Still haven't received the masks and the seller will not communicate in any way. I think they hold your account info for about a month or so then charge it hoping you'll forget about it. Of course I reported them to the bank and my money will be refunded. PLEASE do not try to purchase from this site, total BS.

DO NOT ORDER! Waiting a month for 2 t shirts and I've contacted the owner multiple times. She actually said she put the wrong postage on my package and that caused delay after a delay for a size... still no shirts or apology... Awful
I ordered a shirt mid August, it is now October and have not received! This company is definitely a rip off. I have emailed numerous times and each time I get the excuse that it is a "one man" operation and that's why it takes so long. And that he is shipping ASAP and should be there in days. And yet it never shows up. Definitely a rip off DO NoT shop here, it is a fraud
After waiting 3 months, for the shirt, my banks fraud dept is getting my money returned. Do not use this company. It is a fraud.
I ordered a shirt over a month ago and was told it shipped the Monday before Christmas. It didnt arrive, so I inquired again the Friday after Christmas. On Saturday, I was told it would arrive tomorrow. It is now a week later, and I still havent received it.
It's been 2 weeks and I've sent emails, called and left messages, etc. Don't deal with this company. There are too many other good companies out there willing to take care of their customers. People like this need to be put out of business.
After posting my initial review... eventually I did receive my purchase. It arrived AFTER the season was completely over. Not to mention the quality was TERRIBLE! I could have done it better myself had I gone to the craft store and bought iron on decals and I would have had the gift in time for the games. Never ever ever will I use this company again! No refund or credit offered and $#*!TY quality!
These people are taking your money and not giving product or information. Buyers beware! Cannot reach by phone or email and get automatic message about how busy they are during this holiday season. It's March no holidays going on! Complete rip off!
The phone number here needs to be updated as we changed lines to 425-243-6351. We are small retail shop and if its a custom item you got it takes bit longer. So sorry about any delays.
A week after purchasing a shirt, I received an email saying it was shipped. Eight days later, no shirt. I contacted seller (took emails and phone calls to get a response) who said the notification was a mistake; the shirt was not in stock but he would overnight ship it to me. One week later, no shirt. I contacted owner again; he reported shirt had been returned to him because of insufficient postage. Again, he stated he would over night ship it to me. Ten days later, still no package! I would advise others DO NOT BUY from this company!
This was when Chicaco Cubs won the world series and was flooded with the Goats tee we did so apologize for any delays.
After receiving a horrible excuse for a hoodie (black stain on the front, part of the applique peeling off, and the whole design not lining up etc.), I requested a refund. He had me send a picture of the shirt (?) but finally agreed to send a return slip so I could ship it back. This was 5 weeks ago. And I haven't received a thing from him. Please save your money!
