Went to visit KFC with the my daughter a few weeks ago, as she had been asking me for a while to take her. Anyways, when we arrived, we were met with an EXTREMELY rude employee named Alexis. She told us that she would NOT be greeting us because we looked like we "weren't worth her time". I then proceeded to explain to her that me and my daughter just wanted to order and sit down, but she rudely brushed us off and walked to table of 2 boys. Me and my daughter then decided it would be best fit if she walked over to the counter and order. We walked over to the counter and a nice gentlemen named Isaac took our orders and told us that our orders would be out to our table [table no. 11] soon. My daughter asked him if he was sure it would be out in a few minutes, as a few months before, we were waiting around for about 35-40 minutes. Isaac REASSURED us that it would be out and that we should take a seat. We did as instructed and sat down, and conversation quickly started over our drinks. 20 minutes later, me and my daughter start to wonder where our food was, but we didnt say anything, as we didnt want to come off as rude - and we knew how hard fast food workers work. 30 minutes AFTER that, i decide to go up to the counter and ask where our food was. Alexis was working on the counter at the time, and rolled her eyes when she seen us. I asked her where our food was and she didnt respond, instead, flicking through a MAGAZINE! Right in my face. I told her that Isaac reassured us that our food would be out soon, and Alexis just shot me a look, groaned, then finally responded, "well, im not isaac. Your food will be ready whenever its ready, lady! Stop harassing me before i report you to the big boss!" She stormed off and i sat back down. Alexis then later came back with the manager, and asked us to leave. My daughter tried to explain but got completely cut off by the security guards. We both left and didnt even get a refund for the $20 we spent on our food which we NEVER received. I filed complaint to the company and got an email a WEEK later saying there was nothing they could do about it. Absolute abysmal service. Will not be coming back.
