Waste of time

I filled an application online with Kelly Services. I have been getting the run arounds about the start date. Recruiters doesn't return calls. Waste of time filling out an application. Background check is that they want w2s. I applied at regular jobs and they never ask for w2 statements. Recruiters seem rude. Better off applying directly to the company instead of job agencies.
