The oiled bronze finish is coming off and it looks awful now. This was an expensive purchase and we expect it to last a lot longer that a couple of months

After a lot of research I decided to place my order with Ralph. The shipment was received in a timely manner but there was a crucial piece missing from the tub-shower conversion kit. Ralph got a replacement piece sent to me promptly and the product looks great installed. The only feedback I would provide would be better, more clear installation instructions with the kit. Overall I would highly recommend.

I ordered a beautiful faucet for an old Clawfoot bathtub, but it dripped water. My plumber could have made an error when installing, I don't know. Anyway, I talked to the owner, and he sent replacement parts immediately. I replaced the parts myself and no more dripping. I am a very satisfied customer!

The shower unit was easy to install and works quite well. Adapting the shower head to fit the unit was the only issue, but was easily resolved.

Faucet was exactly what I needed and is working like a charm a year later. Thanks!
