I would strongly advise against ordering from Kate Minimalist.
My order sat unshipped for nearly two weeks. When I reached out, I was told the item was "being made," which gave the impression it was a custom or a made-to-order product. When it finally arrived, it was not even the item I ordered.
Instead of taking responsibility, they offered a small discount and then insisted I go through the hassle of returning the incorrect item to receive a refund — meaning I would have to spend my own time and money fixing their mistake.
When I declined and requested a proper resolution, they stopped responding entirely.
At that point, I had no choice but to escalate the issue through my payment provider.
This experience was frustrating, misleading, and a complete waste of time. I will not be ordering from them again and would caution others to be aware of how issues are handled if something goes wrong.
