I purchased 2 saree blouses from karmaplace.com. The quality of the blouse and stitching is very good and I'm happy with my purchase. I especially appreciated that they contacted me to confirm my size measurements. Will shop again!
My brother is a hard working man who risks his life and limbs in a factory. He was excited to buy nice clothes to worship God at our temple & I recommended this site because of their men's clothing and it's modesty...
The clothing was UNREALISTIC in measurements. We selected the right sizes but one of the pants was probably more than 4ft long and was extremely skinny. A man would have to be 8ft tall and 125lbs in these pants, it was laughable. The tunic tops were okay and the other pant didn't fit him either but looked normal-ish. I contacted this company for a REFUND but they wanted my brother to pay $9.00 to ship back even though THEIR product was POOR QUALITY. How is that even fair? I sent pictures and all information including product # so they knew it was legitimate. Then on top of that, ALL clothing had to be in original packages with all labels and unworn. Smh.
In other words, my brother lost $80+ from KARMAPLACE. We are never ordering from this place again.

I have made a purchase on December 8th 2020. I have not received the order yet. I have contacted customer service on 14 th of Dec 2020. They could not get my order delivered. I asked them for my refund. I have not been refunded till today. Please do not waste your time on this website especially when you are staying abroad. Waste of time and your money.

I have to say that I absolutely love the piece of jewelry that I ordered from Karmaplace. It is a gold mangalsutra that exceeded my expectations. The fact that it is such beautiful craftsmanship for only 12.00 is so amazing. I wanted to buy this first to see how the shipping would go. I did this because even on Amazon I have not recieved some packages so it was a test. It took a bit of time to get here but that is just because of Covid I can't blame them for that. Next time I will try to be more patient now that I know that what I get for my money is remarkable and the customer service was awesome. I love this piece so much. It looks like it was made for me. I will definitely buy my wedding set from them. Ty all from Karmaplace and ty to the craftsman for a piece that I will treasure for years :)

Customer service was responsive and responsible when it came to a quality issue they alerted me about on a shipment. The website, however, kept showing the old order which was misleading.
