Poor after service

Bought a dough mixer, worked fine for 1 month and then the shaft stopped rotating, called customer service and they told the service support team will get in touch, the support team asked for video/ pictures which we sent and not they are not able to identify the problem and our operation is suffering even though the product is still in warranty and we ordered it from vevor site and not a 3rd party vendor.
