Do not use.Kangarooparking.co.uk

Used this company recommended by "compare the airport parking" for Heathrow meet & greet.
It says to phone 20 mins before arrival so someone could be there to greet and take the keys.
Arrived and took the ticket from the machine took the car to the drop off no one there waited 45
Mins before he turned up and ended up paying £7 parking fees, felt panicked to get flight on time.
On return same thing notified them got to collection no one there waited 1hour 15 mins after a 7
Hour flight parking cost £11.
So, having wasted 2 hours and on top paid £18 + the original booking payment, I complained, and
They just messed me about and then ignored me
Thought I should make all aware that its more grief than greet.
