KandyPens has garnered a mixed reputation among customers, with notable strengths in product innovation and some positive experiences with customer service. However, the overwhelming sentiment reflects significant dissatisfaction, particularly regarding product reliability and the company's return policy. Customers frequently report issues with defective items, inadequate support, and a lack of transparency in handling refunds and exchanges. Many express frustration over the perceived indifference of customer service representatives, leading to a growing sentiment that the company prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. Overall, potential buyers are cautioned to consider these concerns before making a purchase.

It is ridiculous that less than two minutes after ordering they will not cancel my order, and instead tell me to return it less shipping so they can then charge me shipping and handling of 30 Dollars for a tiny item. Shame on them for their shady business practice. We will be contacting our credit card company and the better business bureau about their practices.
Since writing my previous review my issue has been resolved. The customer service agent who ended up handling my case righted everything and I'm very pleased with the promptness, courtesy and the explanation I received for the previous error. Top notch. I recommend this company.
My hubs has a vape pen that he uses constantly. I wanted to rant about it here because it's really convenient and has helped him quit smoking. I don't mind the vape smell much at all and it goes away within 5 seconds anyways. I couldn't stand the smell of smoke! Kandypens.com has the Rubi, and I plan on buying him that for his bday coming up!
I purchased a KANDY PEN (Donuts) about a year ago from the CT Medical marijuana dispensary I go to.
I saved the receipt and the vape pen for concentrates is still working. The only problem I had was, where you unscrew the chamber, the threading became stripped, so it was wobbly and would not hold together.
I messaged Chris in customer service, and he sent a ticket with a number. They had me make a short 10 second video (twice now) to show the threads were indeed, stripped. I never had to mail back any part.
I had the part in 2 days and I shipped back nothing.
The problem is, the battery chamber(s) they mailed out twice, so far, DO NOT WORK. They sent me a part that was the wrong one altogether, so that is 3 tries, and still I have a broken Kandy Pen.
It's super stupid to mail a customer with a LIFETIME GUARANTEE, broken parts, to "make me whole"? I still have nothing and they stopped responding to my emails.
I would not trust them at all.
We are so done... and I am tweeting this.
I would just like to take a little time to thank you all at Kandypens! I love my new silver surfer! And I liked it so much I took advantage of the 30% discount with the free atomizer you all emailed to me and got me another limited edition in gun metal! Thanks for making a great product with great customer service and fast shipping! I really do appreciate it and I will be sure to share my pen with all off my friends so they too can buy one and experience true taste!
They lie about everything the company is a scam bags, i have the same problem, kandy pens is a police case
If you are thinking of buying a K-Vape from KandyPens, listen to my tale of woe first.
On the morning of 2/17/16, I ordered a K-Vape from KandyPens and was promised shipment on the next business day.
When this did not transpire, I made several futile attempts to contact KandyPens, at which point I contacted their local Better Business Bureau and made a complaint.
Miraculously, several hours after the complaint was lodged, the unit was shipped and I got some belated email from them.
Flash forward to 2/22/16 when my K-Vape arrived, I plugged it in to charge and came back several hours later to find a unit which, I assumed, was fully charged.
I used the unit and, admittedly, it worked pretty good - for about 2 hours or so then the power gave out.
I plugged the unit in and let it charge for over 15 hours but the "fully charged" light never came on and the pen wouldn't work.
I contacted customer support and got a letter from Karris suggesting I let it charge overnight. I replied that I had done so.
She replied and told me to send the unit back, which I did on 2/24/16 (at a cost of $2.60), and a new unit would be sent.
They actually did send me a new unit and even though it says it charges up in 3 hours, it took well over 15 hours and like the last unit, worked for about 2 hours then needed to be recharged, which took over 15 hours.
I contacted KandyPens and they said to send it back, which I did on 3/2/16.
So will I ever get a working K-Vape or am I doomed to keep spending $2.60 to send defective units back?
Stay tuned...
