BAD SHOPEE Seller JUSTPRETTY.PH
I purchased a USB Splitter cable from JUSTPRETTY.PH, a Shopee seller.
I tried the cable on numerous flash drives, mouse, wifi, bluetooth USB and nothing worked. I tried my modern USB hard drive and smoke started coming from the cable. My hard drive is a hard drive within the specifications of the cable.
I took the lid off the cable and its all burnt. They say they wont replace or refund. The value of the cable is low but its the principal here.
Its sellers like this, that WONT stand behind their product and provide customer service. They are saying that you shouldn't connect a hard drive to the cable but their add only says connections to a maximum of 500ma. My drive was 500ma according to its specifications.
I have reported them to Shopee and will NEVER EVER DEAL with them again. Do you want to have the same experience with JUSTPRETTY.PH? Maybe your peripherals will be damaged by faulty products?
