I recieved my Hallmark watch shirt but it was bigger then I thought but I love the comfort and enjoyn my movies.Brought one for my sis n law.

The boots have a large crease in the toe of the right one. That would rub on my toe if I wore it. And the zippers are hard to move.
The jacket sweaters are very poorly made. Stitches not knotted and coming undone. The pile of the red one fell off and made a mess of my blouse.they should have a lining. I expected a lot better quality for the prices. I will be returning my order.

There is no consistency in sizes. The sleeves are much too long. The return policy is not clear in the website. You have the option of 15% of the total credited to your account OR you can pay to ship the items back to China and pay the shipping and the Customs fees.

This coat is not lined. It is NOT woolen. If you are looking for a garment for warmth, this is not one that I would choose.

Love your clothes. Wish I was richer. I do have some problem deciding on the size to purchase. I ended up with several short sleeve summer tees that are too small for me. Then I have two items that are a bit too large but I wear them anyway. One day I might hit the right size.
Some items take a long time. It is hard to get the right size. Sizes vary between Canada and the US. Different materials don't seem to size the same.
Easy to choose as the variety is amazing. Second time here and I love the designs. Nothing like it here in Canada. Makes me really stand out.
