I had an overall superb experience of shopping on this site. I would love to recommend this site to all my near and dear ones. Also would love to visit again for a great shopping.

THIS SITE AND JUSTFASHIONNOW IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF. I ORDERED 4 PAIRS OF SHOES IN MAY AND IT'S NOT JULY. I PAID EXTRA TO HAVE ONE OF THEM SHIPPED IN 7 DAYS AND I STILL DON'T HAVE THEM. ONE PAIR THEY SAID THEY REFUNDED EVEN THOUGH MY ACCOUNT STILL DOES NOT SHOW A REFUND. THEY CHARGE YOU FOR MERCHANDISE THAT THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE IN STOCK AND DO NOT SEND THEM TO YOU. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AS SOON A YOU ORDER EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVEN'T SENT YOU ANY OF THE MERCHANDISE YOU ORDERED. THEY TOLD ME THAT THE ONE PAIR WILL BE REFUNDED IN 5 BUSINESS DAYS ON THE 5TH OF JULY AND IT IS NOW THE 17TH OF JULY AND NO REFUND IS SHOWING ON MY ACCOUNT. THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIP OFF.

I love this dress, becouse looks exaclty like the pictures. I'm really very very happy. Fabric is very nice and soft and amazing for summer. It fits me perfectly and hugs in all the right places. Arrived very fast. I highly recommend, certainly deal with again. I tried other from different websites this is by far the best.

I highly recommend this shop, and their customer service can always assist you if you are having a problem with sizes and returns and tracking your parcel. They respond on time and are willing to help you.

I ordered dress from justfashionnow and it delivered within 3 days. The quality is very good. Additional discount using coupon code offered by them always attract me to shop from here even though I didn't want to shop online.

Too bad I had to pick a star, i wish zero star was an option. It took seven weeks to receive product. Number speaks for themselves. Bad reviews all over the internet. I bought an (ugly) dress for $34. Return cost to China: $23. Some Chinese companies have warehouses in the States which makes returns cost acceptable. One crooked way from that company to say that "they accept returns". Btw the dress I bought was shown as matte, cotton like. I received a cheap looking, shiny item, nothing like their website shows. They CROP pictures of real models taken from legitimate businesses then make knock off that had nothing to do with your order. They make money on people not bothering returning the product since the return is not pre paid and by counting on those who do not fight the charges (i did)

I bought a pair of shoes that took about 2 1/2 months to get. When they finally arrived, one of the straps on the back is aobut an inch longer than the other so I can't ever wear them. I don't get my mail every day out of my box so when I submitted for the return they said it had been too long since I got them and they won't take them back. I can understand if someone just doesn't like them but when they are obviously made wrong they should take them back and make it right. They lost me as a customer forever and I will tell everyone I can not to order from them. Bad decision on their part if you ask me...

The product quality was excellent. The selections they have is really amazing. Had ordered a pair of jeans. Got the product on time.

I placed an order on June 3rd, it is now July 14 and I still do not have my items. I have been emailing daily, with very little response back. I informed the international better business bureau, I tried to get my money back but it has led to a dead end, so far! Please, I WARN YOU. DO NOT order from this company. They are SCAMMERS!

Ordered sandals on 6-16-18, credit card was charged 6-18, mdse finally arrived on 7-9. Size of sandals was not a US 8 more like a 7 and the ankle cuff was very small. Immediately emailed the JustFashionNow site requesting return authorization. Have received three notices in response saying they would process the return request and email me the address to send mdse. Back. They only allow 14 day period after receipt to return mdse. In original shipping pkg. Etc. No problem with that for me but it seems they are stalling with the information I need. Once 14 days has past they can say."Sorry, but your return window has closed! You are SOL." My Visa account has been notified and the $$ amount is being filed as disputed. So what's up Just FashionNow? I'm still waiting for the return authorization as of 7-13

I placed my order June 4th, it is now July 13th. It took a month until they even let me know two of the 4 pairs I ordered were out of stock. I can't even believe I have gotten just one pair(two days ago) in such a long period of time. These were ordered for a trip. Trip has been over and done with. Customer service? Does not exist. Took two weeks to respond when I asked where my order was! All coming from China so cheap, cheap, cheap!

I ordered and did receive (by some miracle) two pairs of shoes. Horrible. The first pair, (black sandals), stunk so badly of petroleum! I swear, I couldn't even keep them in the house they were that strong when I took them out of the bag. The strap that's suppose to go around your ankle is huge! Not sure who in the world has ankles that big and there is only one hole for attaching. I had to create another punch hole but now that the ankle part fits I"m still struggling with a real good fit across the front of my foot, so the shoe is just wobbly and ill fitting all around. The second pair of shoes I ordered came so smashed in a shipping bag that I don't think they'll ever look normal. I tried to put them on and they just look ridiculous on a foot from being incorrectly packaged. What a joke! I will never order anything from this company again in my life and hope others will take the time to research these companies who are posting cute pics all over social media sites and suckering us into purchases. Just terrible!
