I waited nearly 5 weeks for my order to arrive and when it did, it was the wrong item. I ordered calf-length, waterproof snow boots with two buttons on the side. I received suede, ankle boots with a single side button. I took photos of both, highlighting the difference and sent both photos to customer service who replied telling me they sent the correct item and any differences was due to computer resolution. Who knew a computer resolution would show 2 buttons on one image and a single button on another?
Clearly this company has no ethics and no honor. They obviously don't care if they take people's hard-earned money and ship then anything they want. Disgraceful.

Unfortunately, I purchased about $200 worth of clothing and jewellery from this company and virtually none of it is wearable. Just Fashion Now entices buyers with slick photos of models, but what you see is definitely not what you get. The designs are shapeless, the colors gaudy, and the cloth is the thinnest fabric you can imagine. The jewellery looks as if it was made from found objects. Delivery time is an abominationexpect three weeks for your priceless treasures to arrive from a Chinese city near Hong Kong, which makes returns virtually impossible. Sizes bear no correlation with American sizes, so it will likely not even fit properly. Most of what I purchased is now in a box destined for Goodwill, but I doubt that even a homeless person would want to wear it. One of the dresses actually looks like a clown suit. DO NOT BUY!

The pictures on this website look so good. They do the lagenlook style of clothing which I so love and they advertise in larger sizes too, so attractive to the larger buyer like me! However, when the packet did not arrive I emailed them and have had no reply, let alone a refund. I think they are a Chinese firm as what these firms do is photograph below the face so you can't see they are Chinese! Nothing is wrong with a Chinese firm that delivers, it's just that the Chinese have got a reputation for bad salesmanship in this arena. This firm reminds me of Rotita, another Chinese firm with fantastic-looking clothes that also failed to deliver and left me out of pocket. I keep on falling for it! On reflection, the way that the site is laid out, with its multiple currencies and not-so-fluent English, should have been a key. I sort of had a bad feeling before I bought from them but was too lured in by the clothes to use my sharpened common sense! Don't be like me! Don't buy from this site!

Be aware - these guys post fake reviews so when I first read into them I only saw positive - now I seem to be able to find all the negative reviews...
Having purchased what looked like a great item - the experience just went downhill. The RRP of the item was discounted from over $200 to $25 - however I was charged 25% more than this. The items arrived however the cut and styling was atrocious with tiny narrow sleeves that my very normal arms couldn't comfortably get into.
So I tried to return the items - at which point I was told I can not return them (despite the conditions in their sale agreement) because by the time they were received - back in China - the 14 day return period would have expired.
I then discovered one of the items to be faulty. On sending photos of this fault I was accused that I hadn't ever purchased that item. On continued pressing I was advised that I had no further claim on this item - despite it being an obvious stitching fault.
An awful experience, and I'm left with 2 ill fitting bad quality dresses that are absolutely NOTHING like what was advertised.
Avoid the heartbreak and don't be fooled by the fake images on their website.

Sorry for your experience. Online purchases(swimsuits&final sale excluded) are valid for exchange and return within 15 days from the delivery date. Normally, we will issue the refund to your original payment account in one week after receiving the return package. Could you pls tell us your order number so that we can check it for you?

They know my account number because I email them nearly every day... I returned my goods on 21 November 2017 and they say they will refund me but I have to be patient... How patient must you be?

They say they are having problems with Paypal but this is rubbish as I use paypal a lot and no one else has a problem... MY ACCOUNT IS Order no: H*******

But watch people!... they will reply with the message I cut and pasted in this feedback...
This is a scam company... Rita, Gina and all the rest just tell lies... they have conned me and they con everyone else...

Now I can't order on Amazon because they have companies in China... I have to put... If you are in China I will not buy from you because I have lost all faith due to JUST FASHION NOW

Ordered boots that were so poorly designed is almost impossible to get them on the opening at the top was not large enough for your foot to slip through. Another pair of boots were way too big and then the clothing I ordered was just as a general rule shoddy and cheap, like tissue paper. When I email them to figure out how to return I was informed that I was past the return date which is 14 days meanwhile my order took over 30 days to get here. No offer of an exchange or or anything other than sorry read the return policy. Don't believe the beautiful pictures the clothing doesn't look the same when you get it. The only thing I'm actually happy with is a ski cap.

CON JOB! Not only were all items late, everything was the poorest quality imaginable. Cheap materials, fraught with defects, even the colors and designs were wrong based on what was advertised. This is clearly a shotty business that probably makes most of its money from people not being able to return the items back to China without losing more money (the shipping would've cost $110 and might not have made it in time for the 15day cuttoff). Don't buy from this terrible intentionally misleading company!

I bought a pair of cute boots only problem was they were both right, and was too small, there was no receipt and I decided to just shuck them since it wasnt worth the time or $ to return Also they were really smelly

The dress I received was NOTHING like the photo they advertised it as and it was made from material used to make hospital pre op gowns and looked like one too. They have no customer aftercare service, they refused to refund me they delayed my package so it was outside the 15 days return policy. One sentence answers only from them via email quoting their policy as an answer and in response to all the issues and complaints I raised. Didnt get anywhere with them. Complete scammers who should be stopped. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Devinez quoi! Elles sont revenues hier... oui oui, le 30 mai 2019. Presque 6 mois plus tard. Je me dis qu'elles sont parties en avion et sont revenues à la nage! Le plus ironique, c'est qu'elles n'ont jamais été réclamées à l'adresse de retour... j'en conclus que c'est bidon! Ce site ne devrait même pas avoir le droit de vendre... le pire c'est qu'ils opèrent sous différents noms! Bref, plus aucun achat pour moi en Chine

I had previously looked at the "Dress" in the packet, seen that it was the wrong colour, and didn't even take it out. After the run around, and being offered $3 odd as a refund on a $24 garment, I decided to try it on. Body of the thing is miles wide, too short, and the sleeves would fit a child size model. What do they do? Just pick a bit from one pile, and a bit from somewhere else? It's not going back to China, which of course they are banking on, it's going in the bin.

I ordered brown boots for my wife and received totally different black boots from a distribution center in NJ.

In order to receive a refund for the wrong product, they now want me to send the wrong item to China on my dime, even though it is 100% their fault that I received a completely wrong product. They told me that they are not able to send me a prepaid return label and that I have to pay for the return shipment. Sending boots to China with a tracking number costs more than the price of the boots. Not only because of that it makes no sense to even try to return anything to them.

My advice for everyone: Stay away from JustFashionNow! Do not buy from them!
