I ordered 2 items size 14. One item came the size on label xxl just as well as it fit me and the quality was good. I waited nearly 4 weeks for the cocoon dress which after numerous emails and threats I got it. Size on the label xl and it didn't button up over my bust. Emailed them and threatened them with trading standards. They offered me £4 credit to have it altered as it was going to cost me to send it back. So my first item has cost me over £40. Don't use this company they are a rip off. I think the fraud department aught to get involved as they are just stealing our money and it's out if our hands.
I only bought a skirt on that site thinking I paid about 20 initially I thought it was the usual quality that is around but when I arrived I changed my mind! The skirt was perfectly as in the picture and I was very satisfied with my purchase! For this reason I gave 5 stars! Pretty fast delivery of 5 days!
STAY WELL Clear of this Chinese Clothing company!. Every time I read a descent review the terribly poor English and poor spelling I could scream! It is quite evident that they are writing good reviews for themselves and it sickens me to think another unsuspecting customer might be taken in but it! That is why I will continue with my plight to damn these creatures!. The Items are not at all as you see on the website EVERYTHING is WRONG, the quality, the sizing, the colour! And then when you request a return you are ignored! At first you simply keep receiving automatic email replies promising to contact you, then after a few weeks if you continue to persist you will be offered a "fraction" 15% and then 25% of your money back to avoid hassle'? Then if you continue for another few weeks to insist on a Refund after a further few weeks you may be sent a shipping label for an address in China where you will spend yet more money on shipping costs and then you will spend the rest of your life trying to contact them for the promised refund! Please BE WARNED Don't fall for it like I did!

Do not order from this company! After waiting forever for my order to arrive I requested a refund. I was asked to have patience, I made another request days later and got the same response, I finally demanded a refund and, SURPRISE, days later my order "has shipped". I contacted them again reminding them of my demand for refund and am now told "order cannot be cancelled after shipment"! What a scam!

So they email me to say they have changed their return policy. If they say, I wish to forego the "hassle" of a return I can get a 20% refund. When you try doing so it brings you right back to same customers service email

Absolutely... one of the worst companies online to order from. Products are cheap, they take forever to get back to you if you want to return and then all get it is them telling you you are out of your return window. Disgusting! I wish I'd have read the reviews before ever ordering from them... total nightmare, now I'm out of pocket with a cheap piece of rubbish.

They will steal your money and keep telling you your order is being processed. It's been 2 months and my order still hasn't arrived. I told them by the second month to cancel my order and refund my money... only to be told a week later my order has been shipped and it will take 10 to 20 days. So another month and I am pretty sure my order still wont have been shipped.

Well the dress finally arrived ONLY after I went on this site and complained, I think this site is wonderful it got results = do I like the dress, sort of, sadly its the biggest small I've ever come across and so long that to take it up I will lose so much of the print and it will not be as nice to look at an expensive 'gift' for a taller friend, BUT BIG THANKS SITE STABBER I got what I paid for finally, I will never deal with them again. I've learnt my lesson

I had a question regarding a dress I ordered on the same day I ordered it, (20 days later it still has not shipped), and the answer was, as if they didn't understand my question, that they would send a tracking number when my order shipped!?
The 2nd time I asked a week or so later, someone said they had to ask another department and could I please get back to THEM in 48 hours!
2-1/2 Days ago I asked them through the cite to please just cancel my order, I received an email confirming they got my request, that it would be reviewed and someone would get back to me within 24 hours, and guess what! THEY STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN BACK TO ME!

Items look great on the website, but received 1/2 of my order after one month ordering and several inquiries about "where is my order' and of course wrong color?!?!?! 2nd half of order still not shipped! Run don't walk away from this site. Looks like pretty merchandise but it much more aggravation than pleasure, just not worth any more of my business!

Purchased through PayPal. Money was collect by seller immediately. Items were not received for 2 months. Purchases were clothing and were garbage and sized very small. Contacted seller and found out items had to be returned to China at high shipping cost or I could receive a 15"% cash back (on $ 70.00 that is $ 10.50). This company is unethical
