Out of the blue, about seven months later, without any comment, a refund was issued for the returned items. Too late for me, they lost me as a customer -- and nobody can give me a refund for time and money lost on fruitless attempts of communication.
The company is a fraud. They do send the ordered items, but they do not match the description (mine was described as cotton, but turned out to be a synthetic blend). I requested their return label (they suggested that I keep the items and accept a 25% refund), shipped the items back, and haven't heard from them since, to-date for 2 months. My emails are not answered, their phone number is unreachable, and there is no chat option. Use this site only if you are prepared to lose your money and especially TIME!
I ordered pants and they were huge. When I tried to return they gave only one option. Buy more and we'll give you a 15% discount. So I ordered something else. The item had a hole in the fabric. I'm stuck and out of money.

I placed an order on May 12,2019 paid for express shipping and the order stated it should arrive in 2 - 5 days. By May 21,2019 I still had not received my order nor had the order shipped. I tried to cancel my order the next morning I receive an email stating it had shipped. I went on vacation on May 27,2019 still had not received the order. While I was on vacation the order was delivered :(. I couldn't pick up the order and it was returned now I am trying to get my payment back.

Splendid customer organization so far I am seven days from my purchase arriving I feel sure and slackened up that the texture will be what I needed.
Purchased 3 dresses size 16 UK, all were different sizes, the quality of the material was very poor and looked cheap the intems took 6 weeks to arrive, I have returned all items 4 weeks ago and struggling now to get money refunded, appauling service.in my opinion this site is a con.
Do NOT waste your money like I have it cost £20.00 to retunr the items to add salt to the wound.

The dresses I received were size inconsistent, unbelievably cheap and ugly. The colours and fabrics were nothing like in the photos and nothing fit as described. One of the dresses was "hemmed" with... nothing but a line of stitches. Clothing like this is a waste of resources in every way. They said I missed the return deadline by one day... which is moot because returns, although bought in Canada had to be returned to China! As well, there were no care tags ( washing instructions) in 2 of the dresses which makes them illegal to sell in Canada. There is essentially no recourse and I am stuck with the bill. The "dresses" ( sacks, ugly wraps) will go to the Salvation Army where they will probably end up in the rag bin. JUST DON'T order from this sham charlatan company.It's a waste of your time and money. Note the "elegant " Spring dresses below... Ugh!

I wish I had checked this site before ordering from this company. JustFashionNow's website stated that the maximum delivery time would be 20 days. I received the order 80 days after purchase. The white jeans I ordered didn't have a button hole to fasten the jeans closed. When I wrote the company they told me that the jeans weren't defective and I should cut a hole myself. If I wanted to send the jeans back I would have to pay for shipping to China. Dealing with this company was beyond frustrating. I will never buy from them again.

Ordered 2 hippy/ boho type dresses, one silk( ha ha!) one cotton embroidered!
Also ordered a t shirt which hasn't arrived, but I'm glad!
When these thing s arrived, I thought it was a joke, never seen such hideous clothes ever! Material is thick polyester and the embroidered garment is didgitally printed and it is supposed to be size 12 but s xl. Returning stuff on here seems a total nightmare.
I paid extra for 3 day delivery and it took 3 weeks to arrive!
Do not order off here, they are unscrupulous, I wouldn't take these to the charity shop!
