I purchase 2 items and paid for express shipping because I wanted to wear to an upcoming event. It took several weeks to receive although express was 7 days. ITried to cancel but customer service insisted was in route. Finally received cheap flemsy purchase. Paid 43.30 plus 15.00 for express company offered $4 refund (for 1 item) or 30% store credit instead of return. After days of going back and forth accepted the cash offer. Still have not received my refund weeks later. Never again. I will report them to whatever authorities I can.

I ordered over 85.00 worth of shirts and earrings. The shirt looked nothing like the pictures. Fabric cheap and dull ugly colors. Nothing matched. Also I didn't start getting anything for a month. Then I would get 1 here and there. I ordered this the first week of August and just got the last ugly sweater on November 21st. I have been emailing for refund information and would hear nothing. Then I would email again and the would tell me I would get information about my refund within 48 hr... nothing until finally this weekend they informed me that I had to return within 15 days of receiving the crap and Ididn't waiting for information on how to send back. They now tell me I have gone past the 15 days. They are located in China. Totally fake company. Do not buy from them. You will just lose your money for horrible clothing. The only money that they spend on their clothes are on the photographers that take the nice pictures of the clothes that they don't sell. Horrible company!

Please don't order from Just Fashion Now. They make knock offs and not well either! If you want to return it... you have send pictures and more pictures and more pictures... then if they think the item is fine they won't refund you. I opened up a complaint in Paypal and they offered a 25% refund on my purchase or I could send it back to China... pay all costs... and if anything was wrong with the package they wouldn't refund you. Just Say NO!

The ordered item has nothing in common with the delivered item.

To return the product you have to pay a lot.

Compare both pictures. 1 is the delivery 2 is the advertised one. Absolutely not what I have ordered.

So please don't buy there! Avoid this shop!

Paid for Silver Sneakers size US 9. Took a long time to come. Shoes ok, but wrong size, even though it shows US9 on insole. They are more like size 6. I cannot even insert my foot. There was NO paperwork with the shoes. Their Tel No. Is "wrong number". After reading the reviews, I e-mailed them that I am not going to send them back until I receive the correct size, as I would probably lose the shoes as well as my money and, that if I did not send them back, they could bill me. I offered to send a photo of my foot imprint. I will report them to the Govt. Fraud Dept. if they are not honorable. I think it is a scam company.

Anyone who gives a good review is lying and has been paid to do so.
You will not receive items that look like the photos. I almost cried when I opened the parcels. I thought that I was getting an elaborate cotton mix knitted cardigan, but what I got was a nylon printed piece of crap I wouldn't be seen dead in. The photos on the website are not what you get and it'll will cost £15 upward to return, which you will pay because you won't want to keep it. The suede boots I ordered were not suede and were badly made, If you saw them new, in a charity shop for 50p you probably wouldn't buy them. What an you do about it when you are ripped off by a Chinese company? See photos (on left = what I received).
