I am delighted that I took a risk and ordered clothes on this website. Shipping was very fast. I received it in just over two weeks. The shirts were of better quality than I expected for the prices. Everything fit perfectly: the measurements listed were accurate. I feel like I've gotten a real bargain. I certainly expected to be expecting a lot more and receiving worse quality products at such great prices. I will buy again for sure!
Repeating other negative reviews reported here. The delivery time was ridiculously long even given the Covid disclaimer. The shoddy (shi*ty) materials are disgraceful when compared to the website pictures. Not even close. The sizing is a complete joke and all over the place. I felt scuzzy just opening up the packages of sweaters. The "cute" socks I ordered were hysterical... they have a thick, giant seam sewn down the entire sole of the foot. It's so pathetic... I wish it was laughable, but it's not.
And the return policy is an UTTER SCAM. While following the Return & Exchange instructions enclosed
In the delivery, I discovered that the website doesn't recognize my email address. This is despite my receiving
MULTIPLE PROMOTIONAL EMAILS from JFN daily. And the bogus return policy of having to pay for return shipping including tariffs back to Guangzhou, China, is simply deplorable.
And please customer service, save your canned response to my review. It's just extending the façade.
