I ordered 2 jumpsuits online, they arrived in about 2 weeks. I was very happy with the purchase considering that buying clothes like the one here in a mall would cost more than 100 each.
I purchased what was described as Leather boots for $67.06. When I received the boots I was so disappointed to see that they were NOT leather and the heel was separated from the faux leather. Inside the package I followed the instructions required to send the boots back for a full refund. I repeatly received numerous emails offering me a 20%, then 30%, then 40% refund (or a credit towards another purchase)because they refused to take the boots back. After insisting on getting a full refund with no luck I finally agreed to a 50% refund (less taxes and shipping) and only received $33 dollars back. And to make this experience worse I am still waiting for two tops after waiting a month. I just tried going into my account to check and track these two purchases and no longer have an account with them. I have paid for these items ($140 total) and only have a pair of boots I can't wear unless I pay more money to get them fixed. I would not recommend ANYONE wasting their money to buy from JustFashionNow!
