I literally have no complaints about this online boutique. The girls are quick to answer my questions via email, they are very helpful and always go above and beyond to help their clients. I love clothes, and I have literally bought most of my closet from here :)

The purchase time/shipping time was very good. I have waited longer for receipt in the past.
The quality of the item is so inferior and I am very disappointed. I will probably just not be able to purchase from you in the future

I was frustrated because I added a number of items to "my bag" but when I went to my cart they weren't there and I had no way of locating "my bag", so I had to start again from scratch and I couldn't find everything I originally had chosen very easily because they weren't in recently viewed items either.
While the prints are very attractive, and the material is good, the sizing is off. My wife wears an extra large and while the tops were wide enough at the shoulders they are not long enough and she is not even that tall (5'-5").

Had a question on a product; rep responded in quick fashion. Same with a question on when to expect my shipment. Fast and courteous responses.

I was charged for my order without a confirmation number and had no way to communicate with this company when my order had not arrived. Once it id several weeks late trying to exchange or return anything is a nightmare. You have 15 days to return items. They never get back with you on a return address even though they say they will within 48 hours.

Shopping was easy but clothing ran way to small and took too long to receive.

I admit I am not very good on the computer but you fashions are so beautiful I thought I would try, well I loved the dress I ordered and noticed if I spent $9 more I would not have to pay shipping so I went back ans chose a polka dot blouse but when I tried to go back to the page with the dress I could not find it, very frustrating

While there was a nice selection of merchandise when the items arrived, the fabric was not at all as I expected. Very clingy polyester... too hot to be worn in warm weather.

I could not get the "place in cart" button to work without trying numerous times, almost gave up.

I love the look and hoping the quality is adequate. The site disappeared once but

Sizes run small. I ordered XXL and thought they may a little big, but some are little tight.

Nice products... good variety and easy checkout system. First time ordering, so I'm anxious to see how shipping works out and quality of items when received.

The printed shirt is decently constructed and I love the look of Monet's colors on it. On the other hand, the peach, front-pleated shirt is a peachy-pink, while the trim is a true pink. They don't match and don't belong together. The stitching of trim to shirt is poorly done.

Your items are very pretty and unique. I would like to see side and back views of the modeled clothing.

Very disappointed in the website. The products shown on the website showed quality clothing at a good price. What we received was nothing like what was represented. It was a cheep copy. When I contacted their customer service department, they said that I couldn't replace or return the item because it was on clearance. They should have stood by their product and they didn't. I will not use this site again because I cannot trust their integrity.

My fault entirely. I have to send everything back except the socks! I just need a different size. The clothes are really nice. I am looking forward to getting the proper size to wear on my vacation!

Enjoyed the amount of choices. Was disappointed that you did not have any summer pocketbooks with your accessories. I will look elsewhere.
