My daughter loves her new jacket bought here. It looked better than I expected. You get nothing but complaints when you take her to school.

Ordering was easy enough. Delivery was much slower that I anticipated. Probably will not be ordering anything else.

First, this website is top notch and makes the purchase informative, easy and fun. Nobody wants to ask for something from a website that is difficult to understand. On the other hand, my purchase was spectacular, very nice dress.

Almost all the clothing and footwear I ordered were too large. Instead of being able to easily return them to China, I was instead offered a 15% discount. This was supposedly to make up for the huge cost that I would incur for returning the items to China. If this company wants to do business in the US, it should have a US address to which items can be easily returned for a full refund (minus postage). I would not recommend JustFashionNow to those in the US.

I think their clothing is beautiful, and I couldn't wait to get the beautiful shirt I ordered. Having never used the site, I made sure to read the return policy which talks about fast easy returns that refund you within a week. The shirt was too small (and felt cheap), so I applied to return my item (as you are required to do). Their email reply states their real return policy: 1) Customer is responsible for return shipping (and custom costs) to return the product(s) to CHINA, 2) Even though the package came with a US return address - that address is NOT valid as a return address, 3) Because it's so expensive and takes so much more time to return, they offer to refund **15%** of the purchase price (excluding the original shipping, of course). So after spending over $30 to receive the shirt, they're offering a refund of $2.70.

The website says only that customer pays return shipping — not that it must be sent to China, or that they'll refund 15%. I learned my lesson. Wanted to make sure other people make an informed purchase. Buyer beware!

The prices can be beat. I found many styles that are not available anywhere else.

No confirmation of my ordered was received, making me suspect that it was a bogus website. Delivery was rapid; however, some patterns were not as pictured, all sizes were not correct, material was not always as described. I will keep 4 of the 8 items, although 1 of those must be altered to fit. It's not worth it to try to return the other items: they will go directly to charity.

Easy to order and came in good time. Fit was good.

Okay I received it in a timely manner, the product is wearable as lounge wear. Will not order anymore products from this company.

You gave good size measurements. Thank you for providing them. The picture gave the impression that the dress had pockets because of the way the model's hands were behind the dress. I was disappointed to discover there are no pockets. After I placed my order I immediately received THREE confirmation emails. Had I ordered THREE accidentally? I was getting worried. AND I received an email saying my order had been delivered. That's pretty fast service to have an order delivered a few seconds after the order's been made. Now I was frustrated and worried. Of course it hadn't been delivered but because of all the confusing emails I was wondering if it was a scam or something and worried my information had been stolen. It was scary. The product finally arrived about a week later. It's beautiful even without the pockets, but I wish it had pockets, so I will keep it. This has made me hesitant about ordering anything again from a business with which I am not familiar.

I would say my shopping experience this far has been good

Beautiful shoes, they are a brilliant product, I cannot stress enough how comfortable they are and how light they feel, especially in the sun! The price is worth it. I couldn't be happier with your online purchase and service.

Good quality of my new new jacket, it is warm and the size is suitable, it fits my body very well. Many friends ask me where I bought it, it's great that it's all online!

The earrings I purchased for my mother are beautiful. The dress I purchased for myself however was a huge disappointment. The material is cheap. I will be returning it.

Had a little difficulty at check out. The sizes are very OFF. I am a XS or S all of the items I received ran very large. Not happy at all and will not likely order from you again.

Ordering was easy but the delivery took a long time. I love the look of the t-shirts but the size XL was too small and I ordered that size just to make sure there was ample room even though I normally wear a L. The shirts fit more like a M. Maybe it is because they are more fitted in the waistline.
