I bought a dress described as cotton. It is 100% polyester not a shred of cotton. The sewn in fabric tag actually says cotton, again not a shred of cotton. It is cheap synthetic polyester. When I asked about returns they said I had to pay to send it back to an address in China. I will not get "any customs fees back" and I have to pay postage. Truly a $#*!ty business.

I can't believe I got sucked in by these guys, I'm not normally so gullible, but I will blame it on Covid-year-stress-brain, (is that a syndrome?).
The first shipment of clothes, (4 dresses) arrived on April 12th, (was ordered on March 24th). The packing is fine, however the dresses look NOTHING like they do on the website. The material description says "cotton" and "linen" but if there is ANY cotton or linen in these dresses, I can't feel/see/smell it! The material is thin, shiny, slippery, stretchy, (polyester?) and hugs every lump and bump on your body, (even some you didn't know you had). Oh yea, the sizing is not great, at least mine don't fit. Also, the tie dye design doesn't match up on the back of the dresses, looks odd. I'm not looking forward to the rest of my order arriving. I'm not going to even bother paying to ship them back to China because of other reviews about not getting your money back.
Really, if the garments looked like they are described and advertised on the website, then I wouldn't be leaving this bad review. They are priced fairly cheap so it's probably no surprise that they look cheap. However, I wish to god that I had spent my money at a local dress shop and supported my community, never again will I buy clothes online.
I won't be surprised to get a "stock" reply to this review, if any. Something along the lines of:

"JustFashionNow is trust worthy. Up to 95% of our customers love our products and service"

People, if you have to continually say this in response to multiple bad reviews, you should consider changing your business practices

Was first time ordering, was nervous how they would fit & look

Easy shopping, just hope it all fits based on the sizing descriptions. Sizing chart was not correct. Everything I ordered was smaller than the sizing chart indicated. If you chose to order these blouses be sure to order a size larger than what the sizing chart indicates.

Beautiful bag, it arrived very quickly, good communication from the company to let me know every step of the way until the bag arrived at my door perfectly packed. Excellent payment options and clothing descriptions with pictures.

Easy to use website, styles, customer service, is what I like the most about this online boutique. Cheap express shipping. The dress costs very little, although normal delivery delays from the pandemic are offset by excellent service and price.

This is my first experience with your company. So far it has been good. I anticipate a good product

This company is a complete fraud. It doctors its photos. What they send you is cheap, ill-fitting garbage. When you try to return anything, they insist you send it to them in China. In any case, you would only get back a small fraction of what you spent. Someone posted this phone number *******245 in New City, NY) and indicated she got a refund. I tried it and the result was that someone calling himself John (but he is clearly Chinese) hacked into my computer and bought himself $400 worth of gift cards, while he kept putting me on hold. He also managed to forward my email to *******@gmail.com. I have reported him to American Express and will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This company should not be allowed to do business in this country.

Excellent website, destined to overcome any compilation in the shipment. Fast delivery, the blouse I ordered fits my body perfectly.

Cute clothes. Easy to order website, but I didn't realize this was an international order and takes longer to arrive expected. Also, the shoes didn't fit great. They were very hard to get on and too loose around the ball of my foot. Had I been in a store, I wouldn't have bought them, but it's too much trouble to send them back.

I bought over $ 200 worth clothes from this vendor. The shipment took over 4 weeks and the clothes looking nothing like the pictures, I mean nothing like it: a brown knit long jacket shown with hoodie came with no hoodie, 2 jackets I got had totally different pockets and buttons, the knit hat for adult size would only fit a 2 year old, knit summer jacket that should have been color block white and beige with pretty buttons looked like a men's jacket in boring beige w tiny buttons... the list goes on and on... i shop from other online clothing companies and understand it may be a bit different but this was a disgrace, Shame on Just Fashion Now

Awesome! I had never seen this website, but somehow it popped up on my computer. I love the styles and the colors. I will be shopping here again.

The clothing is unattractive and much larger than the pictures appear. The size small is a size large in most retail stores.

I just sent an email about a shirt I bought and received a quick and friendly response which was very helpful and fixed the problem.
