Got billed for purchases long before I received them.

I don't care for the return policy; the quality of some of the merchandise; the skimpy sizing and I was going to return a few items because of the skimpy sizing but returning postage was exorbitant and I donated my clothes to charity. Please remove my name from your email lists.

Order went smoothly, from selecting my clothing choice to payment method, adding coupon offered - couldn't be easier!

I wish there were more short skirts available, there seem to be more long or midi and I would like more that come to the knee.

Shopping is good but several products are off on the sizing. I could not be bothered to send back so gave away but it can be wayyy off

I find it enjoyable just looking at your refreshing colors and styles, yes, the colors are beautiful. Bot the clothing is styled like sacks. You sent me 4 duplicates. And I don't appreciate it. U

I really liked the shirt I ordered. I had ordered a size larger than usual but it's such stretchy material that it looks too tight.

I heard many people didn't get orders, or they were bad merchandise, but mine was fine.

I thought there were so many lovely colors and styles, and most of them I really do like. But some are so big its is rediculous, especially a dress I ordered which was so large I had to put it in a bag to send to charity. Some shirts are too small, some too large and some fit well, but it isn't consistent. I normally wear a medium but the mediums were to small so I ordered the next ones in large and they were mostly very large and boxy with no shape. But some fit very well and i am really pleased with them.

This is another company that writes their own reviews-I can see it in their wording. I'm from Canada. I called to ask if items can be returned to North America. I don't often shop outside of Canada, and here is a perfect reason why. They shipping address they gave me to return is in China. Can you image the amount of gas and petro to ship two items across the ocean, and then be returned to China. So it cost for two items $42.00 and to return to China way more. So then they offer you %25.00 off to keep the items. Wake up people. Cheap is a reason. Think about the planet you live on. Not some people living in China who pay their employees $1.00 an hour, and then ship things across the ocean. Total liars on where items should be returned. Total scam. Let's see if this review goes through. I bet it doesn't.

My dress looks much better than the picture! Completely beautiful! I received countless compliments and felt great. I am definitely happy with my decision to order for my birthday.

Company is total rip-off! You will not receive your money back on returns! Website states 30 days, but it is only 7. Your product will not make it to Japan from USA in 7 days! Horrible material, wrong color, but they will not refund your money!

Great styles and prices, BUT the size chart or fabric description needs to be reviewed. I followed the measurements on all items I ordered compared to my personal measurements, but NOT every item fits. Some too small, some fit as anticipated and some are too big. Fabric and stretch make a big difference in measurements and ultimately the FIT.

I am delighted with this online boutique, the courier company had delivered my package to someone else. I sent him an email and without putting any problem directly, I have made a credit in my client's space to reorder. They are wonderful!

Excellent I guess US females 2XX is not what you specialize in. My clothes barely fit me. I will give away two shirts, as they are too small. I don't want a refund. The others look alright...

Too difficult to complete... You made me go in more than one time... I had better not be charged double! Also, I had best get the discounts you offered...
