Received in timely manner. Both items I ordered were described as SWEATSHIRTS BUT ARE NOT! They are both very flimsy. The one was on sale for $4.99 so I'll live with that. But the other cost $14.98 and is very flimsy, thin. Anything but sweatshirt material of any kind.

I had a bit of trouble with your sizing vs. US sizing. In US sizes I wear a large petite for a perfect fit. You did not have that. So I ordered a large and it runs small on me and is tight in the sleeves and across my back. I like my tops a bit loose vs. skin tight. I have picked out several other items from emails you sent and am no very hesitant to order for fear I cannot fit into your clothing. I am almost 80, have recently lost almost 40 pounds but at my age the saggy skin is still there. I wished you had petite large sizes that were true to thr sand in us petie large sizes.

Really did not like the colors very different from picture shown.

Always room for improvement. I want to continue to shop here. However, filling out surveys is boring.

I would give a negative rating if possible. The item I ordered had writing on it and the words were misspelled. I tried to explain the situation but it took customer service weeks to get back to me. When they got back with me they tried to say that I hadn't provided a clear explanation. I sent my clear explanation multiple times. Finally, they only offered to refund 15% of my purchase. They would not take the item back or fully refund my purchase. Terrible service, cheap product. I recommend never shopping or buying from this company.
Now they won't accept this review unless I provide proof of purchase. Why is that?

Love how the tops I ordered are exactly as pictured.

Every time you view an item it takes you back to the beginning of the list, very frustrating to point of I just gave up.

Unfortunately the photos make the clothes look fabulous, so I bought three outfits. I was extremely surprised when I received them as not only did they not fit (I ordered my regular size) but they looked nothing like the photos. One I can just wear, the other two have gone in the Charity Bin. I was, however, successful in getting an $8 refund, after spending over $100. Because to send the items back to China at my expense was not possible. I wont be buying from here again.

Easy to order but please make sure you order the correct size as the refund policy is very costly..

A good range of items, fast delivery, but disappointed in the jumper i received it was not made of wool it had a cheap look alike panel on it, infact it was very shabby.

Order took a long time to arrive - this was ok.
Top did not look like what was advertised. Second top I purchased was good quality and looked correct.

3 items in 2 different orders I never got... also I dont like the fabric used on some items its cheap but not worth returning because it takes forever. But There are some items that I really like so it kinda evens out. Also if you dont mind taking a suggestion you need an area to save your items in so that you can go back latter and purchase them and dont have to go searching for them all over again..

It's a first time shopping... will see if I return for a next shopping, if I'm satisfied with my order.
