Would give zero stars if possible.
Behaviour completely illegal - refused to exchange defective washing machine until Bosch service engineer had attempted repair. He could not repair it, but a week after machine failed I am still without a replacement.

If the goverment had any balls this site would not exist, the people that run it would be locked up. They will take your money, try getting a refund.
