When I recieved my wedding dress i immediately opened the package and tried it on and was very upset when I realized that it was way too big in the waste and looked like I had gained 10 pounds. When I tried to contact them they simply said that "they don't take returns and to sell it locally" I didn't want to sell it or return it I wanted them to fix their problem but they are obviously not going to do that! I am very fortunate to know a seamstress who can alter it for me.

I will say that the quality of the dress is very good and it's very well made but I'm very upset with their customer service.

I received my order yesterday and upon opening the package I found that the dress that was sent to me does not come close to matching the dress that I ordered! The style that was sent to me does not match the dress that I ordered. There are extra flaps of material that are sown into layers and not a solid piece of fabric with pleats that is shown in the picture. Not only that, but the dress that I ordered was supposed to be the "ruby"color but the dress that I received is a color that more closely resembles orange. The material that was used to make the dress is also extremely cheap and the dress itself smells like formaldehyde or some other strong toxic chemical. To be honest, the dress looks like a child with no prior sewing experience and guidance was given a picture of a dress and told to make it. I am requesting a full refund for this dress. Because of the poor quality of the dress, wrong style, wrong color, and disgusting smell, I was forced to buy another dress from somewhere else. It was a total waste of time and money. PLEASE don't make the same mistake that I made. If I had the option to give 0 stars I would. This company isn't even worth the 1 star that I was forced to give to leave this review. I emailed the customer service email requesting a full refund. I will be surprised if I receive any kind of response from them.

I ordered a customized dress for my wedding which arrived today. Immediately when I opened it, I could see it was significantly the wrong sizes. The dress is easily 3X too big and would need to be completely altered to my original sizes I had sent in. I contacted them about this, which I will admit they were very polite, but the only advise they could give me was to "sell it locally or on Craigslist". I hope that's possible because now I have to unfortunately order another dress which I'll be sure to order in person to avoid this issue again.

Lucy was extremely loving, compassionate and helpful in creating exactly what I wanted and wrap myself up in beautiful, feminine comfort. When I opened the package and read your note, Lucy, I felt your love and energy. It is in every stitch of this dress. Thank you for your talent, your love and your energetic awareness. My dress is BEAUTIFUL! Right out of the box it became my new favorite. Worth every penny! The attention to detail down to the packaging and the personalized note clearly shows that this shop owner cares about her products and customers. One thing I would like to mention is that this product was held up by DHL so it took longer to get here than expected. I wanted to mention this not be cause it was a huge issue but because of the prompt care and attention I received from the shop owner. She quickly e-mailed me and opened a claim. She also checked in with me to see if I had received any news about the package. Throughout she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommended and I will be shopping here again. Thanks for this amazing dress!
