I ordered a special bracelet that was going to take a little more time to get than I had planned. So they sent me a teddy bear with a picture of the bracelet for my wife to open on her birthday at no extra charge.

Somewhat disappointed in the bracelet scale. I returned it but kept the necklace. I did however buy a new chain because the chain that was included was really tiny and cheap looking. The ideas and concept of dog fever is great but needs some tweaking.

Very positive shopping experience. Excellent web site, very secure packing, delivery time was just about as stated upon ordering. My only concern is with the size of the band for the day bracelet. It barely fits. If possible, could it be replaced with a bit longer band?
I do notice that the sleep bracelet helps with my sleep patterns; it took a few days to see a difference, but when I forgot to wear it one night - I knew it was helping!

Very easy, thanks! Somewhat disappointed with delivery/availability. After ordering, was advised item was not available and back-ordered. Christmas gift was delivered about the end of January; but reps at JR Dunn were very straightforward about it and sent a Christmas gift card accompanied by a small stuffed teddy bear for Christmas. Nice touch. They also followed up with advice on expected delivery date.
