I ordered the necklace for my daughters graduation from college. They first contacted me saying it was out of stock and wouldn't make it in time. I responded that with everything else going on i really wanted to have it earlier. And they made it happen. She was thrilled and i was so appreciative of the efforts made to get it here on time
