They just force you into taking tier programs

I don't feel like my mental health has improved. They only assume what people were going through their lives and not listen what the real problem is. They just force you to take their programs without really understanding each individual and their needs. Not recommending this. There are tons of free wellness apps or meditation videos that could help you better.
