My web site developer used JotForm to build a form in our site. Then, my web developer went out of business - no phone # or e-mail anymore. After a while, people using our site got a "You are over your Form Quota" message and they were unable to use the form that were there to book appointments on our site. Obviously JotForm wanted to not get us to "upgrade" to a pay model - which we had not problem with. Unfortunately, since we did not have the log-in, JotForm would not give us access to the log-in to "upgrade" the form on our own site - ridiculous. And, we could not call them. They only have e-mail service. As a result of them not letting us access our own forms, we are losing revenue and I will have to pay a new developer hundreds of dollars to re-create the forms that are already there that just need to be "unlocked". They don't care and I would never use them again - worst customer service.!

I run a not-for-profit website and forms are a key part of the services and functionality I offer visitors. Two of my forms appear on 150 of my site's pages and I'm always needing to add more. Yet, I'm always surprised at how easy it is to use JotForm's form-building and integration tools. They really make it easy! If I ever have a question or problem that I can't figure out, their customer service team responds quickly and knowledgeably, and they are all so friendly. I appreciate JotForm and recommend them!

We are a non-profit and signed up for a year subscription. In the middle of our fundraising event they changed their allowed payment submissions which closed down our form. I reached out, and within 24 hours they had it back up. Today, I have another form which hasn't even gone live. It is in test mode and the link is getting an 'over quota' message and therefore won't load. I submitted a ticket, it supposedly was fixed last night, but this morning the over quota message is showing again.

I don't like that we purchased a subscription for x amount of forms and x amount of subscriptions for the year and they changed those numbers 4 months into our subscription. I'm constantly having to monitor the forms to ensure they are working properly. Does anyone have an alternative? I do not plan to renew my subscription as this has really been a painful experience for our non-profit.

Jotform provides a form solution that collects data and sends custom emails, branching logic in an easy to use and secure format. I use it daily and couldn't imagine our school system not using it!

I have started preparing for an arts and crafts fair next summer and really wanted to make the registration process online. I tried several different products, but when I found Jotform I knew I had the right one! There are many different widgets you can use, the forms are super easy to create, you can embed pdfs, jpg (in my case for a booth layout map), links so that vendors can fill out state sales tax forms directly online and then upload them to my registration form, and many other wonderful features. Jotform works will with many website products (Squarespace, which is mine, is one of them) and you can create online payment forms as well! I am currently using the "free" version (which has all the features, just a more limited submission amount) but am thinking that I could even pay the $19.99 per month for just the months that we are registering our applicants. I LOVE this product!

I was looking for a form to build and i tryed to make one with html/php. It was going fine but i lacked the skills for conditional options. So i checkout a few online form builders and they all worked good, but did not have conditions!
I found jotform and its been a life saver! And time saver! Our business will be partners for life!
