I haven't heard anything from jomashop related to orderM******* for more than 30 days. I have ordered two watches but I have received only one watch, I have created a request for missing package, but didn't get back anything from jomashop for longtime.

Best website that anyone could use to get luxurious items which includes watches, handbags, and sunglasses amongst more things like jewelry.

Great selections. Item previews really was true once my watch arrived. I was very pleased with the quality of my watch. Also, I got it at a good price.

Very unhappy with my experience. I bought sunglasses for a trip but they did not arrive till after I returned home. When I took the time to even open the package and attempting to return them, I was told I was past the 30 day return policy. Would be nice if they followed a 90 day policy like most sunglass places do.

It was wonderful, fit perfectly. The price was was what really drew me in but overall, love Jomashop. Shipped fast, it was a really good watch for the price I paid.

Reason I say loved, is now the glasses belong to my husband, my daughter bought the same ones first, I ordered a pair, was so happy with these. Went on a cruise husband left his sunglasses at home. Borrowed mine for the cruise, got lots of complaints how good they looked on him (do look hot) the glasses are officially his now! (M*******)

I bought a Montblanc wallet and paid extra for the delivery.
Called at least 15 times because the wallet did not arrive on time. Every person who answered my call gave me a different answer and different information. This was very stressful as I had bought it as a Graduation present and it did NOT arrive on time even thought the sales personnel always told me it would.
