All of my orders got cancelled again and again due to price errors. Can you please stop wasting customers time and make sure the prices are correct and the order will be shipped. That shouldn't be so hard but apparently for jomashop can't be done

Ordered a quantity of 2, however, I only received a quantity of 1. It was a small order and they could have sent out the missing quantity. Their chat doesn't work and they do not respond to customer service emails. Reddit posters are right โ this is a terrible company to order from.
I had the absolute worst experience with Jomashop, and I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with their shady practices. They sold me what was supposed to be an authentic luxury watch, but upon inspection by an authorized dealer, it turned out to be a FAKE! I was shocked and disgusted.
Their so-called "discounted" prices are just a lure to trap unsuspecting customers into buying counterfeit goods. Customer service was a nightmare to deal withโcompletely dismissive and unapologetic. They refused to acknowledge the issue or issue a refund despite overwhelming evidence of the item's inauthenticity.
This is beyond unacceptable. Selling counterfeit products is not only unethical but also illegal. Stay far away from Jomashop unless you want to throw your money away on fake garbage. They are a disgrace to the retail industry.
Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. The slight discount isn't worth the risk of being scammed.
I purchased a ladies watch last November 8,2024 and received the item via mailbox after 3 days. I checked and tried it on and noticed that the watch is not giving an accurate time and keeps stopping. So I went to Jomashop website for their policy on returns and followed their guidelines. I was provided an RMS and send it back through UPS with a tracking sticker as well.
It is now January 12,2025 and after emailing, calling and following their customer service for how many times I never get any answer. The customer service person is rude and the chat box will send you an automatic link with the same old content or someone will send you an email from a "Shadey" stating same content but nothing that makes sense to the customers.
They also said that they have no refund policy for any item that needs repair and for sure you will either be under their mercy or what's scary is that you will never received the item you have purchased on their website and paid to them once you return it to them (which what worries most customers ordering online) I hope Jomashop will lived up to what you advertise and be fair and truthful to paying customers who purchased your items and give back what is due them.
When things get better, I will continue to purchase at Jomashop but you need to straighten this out first. Thanks!
Received my New Watch 12/26. Beautiful Watch! Problem is not the one I ordered! I immediately contacted Jomashop, received return instructions, and took to UPS within 1 hour of it being delivered. So far return was easy (but should not have had to return). Took 1 week to arrive, now 1 week to return, then, not sure yet! But, Mistakes happen! Especially in such busy holiday times. I will update on how the return goes!

Please Understand my problem with Jomashop is shipping and returns not product. I do think Jomashop has fantastic items at good prices! But they need to fix their return shipping policy's especially if the customer is sent the wrong item!
As stated above the watch was returned on 12/26/24. Took 8 days for Jomashop to receive. After confirmed watch was in exactly same condition as when I received it they issued credit. Problem for me is they shipped me the wrong watch, it was returned and they charged me for shipping? No way to do business! A Company that ships the wrong item and then charge the customer to ship it back is a company I will not do business with! Why didn't they simply send me the watch that I ordered originally? Cost to me $18.58 for shipping back Jomashop and aggravation!

I placed my first order on this website, and it's been a terrible experience. They sent me a defective watch that stopped working shortly after I received it. I contacted their support team, and they told me to wind the watch more and wear it for a day. I followed their instructions, but the watch stopped working again.
When I sent the watch back, I received a shocking reply: they refused to accept the return, claiming they couldn't take it back because I had worn it. But they're the ones who explicitly told me to wear it!
So much for their claims of "best quality and service." I feel completely scammed. Buyers bewareโthis company does not stand by their products or their promises.
I bought 3 of these a while back. I have a large collection, so I didn't get around to opening them until a couple weeks later. 2 of the boxes came slightly damaged and I immediately noticed that there was a sticker on the box instead of the hologram. Tried reaching out to Joma for a week. Finally got on a called to be hanged up on because of bad call quality. Got through the week after in which my concerns were basically ignored because they noticed that I called after their return policy. I was promised feedback as they needed to check with warehouse team it has now been 2 weeks
Recently bought 2 watches. They were delivered without any problems. When trying to return a third watch; Jomashop presented obvious hurdles:
The return software prevented filing a return. On inputting the transaction i.d. number; you received an error message indicating the number was not recognized. On checking the internet, I found a multitude of consumers with a similar experience. I conclude that the return process is a sham. I called them and was told they would review my return request and get back to me. They didn't. So, I called, was told I could return the watch, that they would send me a return label then deduct $13.75 for their trouble. After several days, they emailed acknowledging their acceptance of my return indicating a return address label was attached. The return label attachment was missing. After more calls, I gave up and sent my watch back paying UPS much more $ than the $13.75 quoted me. I recommend making sure you want the watch before buying it from Jomashop.
I am extremely dissatisfied with Jomashop's customer service. They talk a good game about how important customer satisfaction is to them but that is all it is-talk.
I purchased a Baume & Mercier watch as a replacement for an almost identical watch which I had purchased from them in November 2023 which had been lost for months.
The second watch was taken from its box, tried on for size (it was too big) and immediately put back in the box in anticipation of going to a jeweler to have links taken out of the band. Ironically, we found the original watch the next day and subsequently got authorization from Jomashop to return the new watch.
When Jomashop received the watch they responded that it was not eligible for return because of scratches on the band and bezel. Neither my wife, nor I, did anything to cause these scratches. The watch was never worn. One cannot help but wonder if someone at Jomashop put these scratches on it to avoid having to grant a full refund of the purchase price.
In a subsequent discussion with a customer service representative, she was very cold and impersonal and offered a partial refund, charging a 15% "restocking fee" on a take it or leave it basis. I took it because we have no use for two nearly identical watches.
I will never deal with Jomashop again because I do not trust them and they have demonstrated a cold indifference to their customers. BEWARE!

If you are outside USA, you will not save money using their service, plus very costly to ship back goods
I wasn't made aware of 20 percent customs and import bill I would have to pay when the watch entered the country I am in!
There was no option when purchased watch. I just had to pay 25$ for dhl and the total came to 301$
They emailed me a few days later about taxes,
I emailed back and said I assumed it was in final price with DHL, and could they please cancel order
Now they hadn't shipped it m as it had been 5 days, so this takes a minute reversal on credit card, and if they weren't so rapacious they would do it!
But they refused!
And then immediately started the shipping process.
I sent another email of complaint, saying I could get the watch cheaper where I am, with added customs and import tax that I was not made aware of when I purchased with them!
I heard no response. The watch shipped and had to pay 60$ extra!
To ship back( as they refused to cancel order, prior to shipping and their mistake for not informing me of 60$ extra) would cost me loss of most of tax I paid out and big shipping charge and so not viable) wasn't possible.
End result, I could have purchased Watch in this country, cheaper and far quicker and returned it, if there were problems.
First and last time, I will ever use this service!
If you are in USA, you probably save some money with them on a watch, but no warranty!
If you are outside of the USA,using them is not worth it!

Called them. Waited for a long time listening to this annoying yadiya how important their customers are. Well, they are not.

Products are good in general and of course prices as well. But customer service is really bad. So good luck y'all buying here, because if you have any problem, delay or concerns with your order, no matter what you ask them, or how many times you try, they'll answer the exactly same thing in every email (which probably is not going to be the answer you're looking for).
Awful customer service and then, they sent me a Seiko that obviously was previously returned, because the seconds hand stopped halfway between the minute marks. I had to return it, pay for return shipping, pay for the "free" shipping they offered to send me the Seiko in the first place, plus "handling". And that defective Seiko now goes for sale again to another fool like me.
