Received product in timely manner, appeared new as described, but about a week later the watch starts stopping randomly. Have to pull/push the crown to reset. Happened a couple times. Tried to contact Joma to initiate a return, they ignored several attempts to contact them.

Probably won't be buying anything from these guys again.
