I purchased a pair of Ray Ban shades off of the Jomashop site and they were delivered in a timely manner. I owned these shades for two weeks when they fell off my head 3 feet from the ground and broke one of the lenses. I've always paid a premium for Ray Bans for they are designed better and generally can withstand a small fall. I contacted Jomashop several times and could never get anyone on the phone. I reached out directly to Ray Ban and get no help. They forward me to their customer service company Luxxotica who simply doesn't respond.
Collectively I've likely spent over 3 hours on hold waiting on hold and no one has ever answered. On top of calling Luxxotica I've completed their formal online process for customer service inquiry's and no one has responded to date. This was over 3 weeks ago. When I finally got someone over at JomaShop on the phone to explain the situation the customer service agent was short and unsympathetic. I really felt he was making a mockery of me and the situation where I felt I went out of my way to be respectful.
All I want is a replacement lens for the glasses. I'm willing to pay for this replacement lens if neither company is willing to stand behind their products. I simply can't get anyone to work with me to assist. Even if Jomashop assisted me in connecting with someone over at Ray Ban that would be sufficient but neither party seems to care. So here I am with a brand new pair of Ray Bans that I cannot wear. I've had them for about a month.
I had no idea a brand a reputable as Ray Ban would be so disconnected from their customers but I guess it makes sense that the companies they do business with would be equally disconnected. I mean, once you got somebodies money who cares, right? I've been more that patient and tenacious in my attempts to simply get someone to work with me here and am not looking for a handout. This is more than disappointing. I won't shop Jomashop or Ray Ban ever again. I promise you I'm not the guy that writes these reviews- I really go out of my way to be reasonable. Feeling duped:-(

Bought a automatic watch on JomaShop a few months ago. The package is poor, wrapping paper on the watch in the box is torn into pieces. And the watch stopped working after the first trying. Return is not allowed. Repair process is complicated. Was asked to get an estimate from a jeweler without repair first and should wait for evaluation from JomaShop, let them to decide if the repair can be covered. A big waste of time!

My Citizen watch was delivered on time at a great price. However, I tried to contact customer service to get help in setting the (radio controlled) watch. I was not able to get through by phone or by chat. The watch finally set itself three days later. Customer service is questionable.
They have the lowest prices and they are authentic. Can't beat it at all. Any other store you try and buy fr will always be way more than them. Trust me I tried
