Terrible Business Practices

I placed an order for a watch 12 Months ago! Reached out several times to check the status of their order. Customer service consistently and rudely told me that they have no idea when they will have the item available again. THEN they kept trying to get me to cancel my order.
I just received a follow up email stating the item is no longer available, but when I went to their site they are still offering it for sale only now its prices $2400 higher!
Stay away from this site. I'm reporting them to BBB.
