DO NOT ORDER

I have ordered the TV for about two months ago and not received yet. Customer service is absolutely useless as they keep telling me that they will put a trace. But nothing happened. I would not order again as it comes from china.
As per the latest call to the customer service it has been in customs for weeks. No one knows what's happening. There are lot of back orders in custom. I'm about to cancel my order as it has been 3 months now.
I truly wished I did not have to go thru this nonsense.

I have cancelled my order after 3 months wait period. I ordered from Amazon, got it in one week and immediately installed by them on wall mount. I had to pay $100 extra but every penny was worth. Amazon is amazing!

The best prices from a little guy who knows how to provide great customer service and offers great prices and quality merchandise. I used this company before and decided to give it another go. Just as expected, everything went smoothly from ordering right up to delivery. I couldn't ask or expect anything more. So as far as my review goes, THUMBS UP!

I took a chance and ordered on-line for the first time. Incredible low price, great service and stellar delivery with set-up. I called and spoke to someone who guided me to the right product, thankfully, or I would have ordered the wrong one. The result, I was one of the first to get the newer model with more standard features and a better price! It's not everyday you can order online from across the country and still be taken care of like you did business face to face. Every aspect of the order was perfect, seriously!

Best Prices

Joe's av have the best prices that I could find... and I looked around a lot. The price I got for my Sony XBR79X900 was about $1500 cheaper than Best Buy.
I did not like being called and told I needed to upgrade to their "Express Prime" (about $243) from the free shipping advertised on their website at all!
Even with the extra money paid, the price was still cheap and they got my TV to me in about 4 days.
The delivery people were very nice and helpful, plugging the set in to make sure it would turn on.
I would buy from them again, knowing what to expect and recommend them to anyone looking for brand name items at very low prices.

Beat Amazon (on prime day no less) on the price of the TV, so I sprung for a 4k TV. It was shipped promptly and arrived as scheduled. Had an issue with the TV once it arrived, and the manager called me up immediately in order to resolve that issue with me. Great customer service, amazing prices. I buy several TVs a year for my business, and will be certain to buy from them again.

Joe's has a great selection and, in my experience, the guys in the phone couldn't be nicer. I've made several purchases here, and John took a huge amount of time to go over the options with me and let me try everything out without being rushed. The result is that I've been extremely happy with each purchase.

The better Deal

I bought a Weber grill and got the best price around. Salesperson Jeffrey was very willing to work with me and the delivery service was excellent. They will push you to pay extra for the express prime delivery service. I felt like there wasn't a choice, like regular free delivery was not available. Regardless, the total cost of the grill plus shipping was better than I could get elsewhere.

At first I was a little skeptical of the low price on the Samsung 65ju6700 that I was about to purchase from Joe's AV, but I read some of the reviews and eventually went ahead with my purchase. My judgment was rewarded. The TV was delivered as promised and the warranty as stated from Samsung. Good job joes av! I just wished they had all the other electronics that I needed to purchase.

Joes AV was recommended to me by a friend that was very satisfied with them from a past purchase. Because of this, I purchased a couple of TVs from them. Their internet site was very easy to get around on. After checking out online, about an hour or so later, I received a phone call from one of their salesmen. He just wanted to confirm my order and saw what I was going for TV wise and notified me of a mistake I had made while ordering the wrong TV. That was a great catch on their part. He fully explained the delivery process and options. He was very helpful and took time to answer all of my questions (I mean, hey, how many times do you have a TV shipped to your house?). Nevertheless, I was very pleased with the purchasing experience and the follow up from Joes AV to make sure I was satisfied with my new TVs. I plan to use Joe's from now on and will be ordering from them again in the near future. Thanks, guys!

I had a very positive experience with Joes. Upon ordering online, I just assumed I'd get a confirmation email and then my stuff would appear. Nope, I got a call. I first thought it was just to up-sell me, but it really was about customer service. I appreciated the extra attention my order received to ensure I had everything I needed. Everything arrived on time and I continued to receive follow-up to ensure I'm satisfied.

I ordered a Denon receiver via the Joe's AV website in February. The next morning I received a call confirming my order and offering me an extended warranty. I asked questions which were answered very well. I added the warranty and the product was shipped that day. It arrived quickly and in perfect shape. I did do research on the warranty and it was necessary for proper coverage of the product as Joe's is not an official web dealer for Denon products.
