My husband has worn Jobst stockings for many years. He's been very pleased with the size & quality. The most recent order was one pair because they were too tight last time. I thought I ordered the wrong size, but no I didn't. He is used to the 30-40 compression & I ordered the XLFC, but these are smaller. The length is fine, but the width is too tight. I checked & his ankles are the same size. He knows they stretch, but this pair is almost too much.
My doctor prescribed knee high compression hose for edema and said the HMO's brand of preference is Jobst. That proved good advice, for I since tried a cheaper knock off but Jobst is easier to put on and more comfortable. I can buy one pair at a time with free shipping with quick delivery.
The website looks great at first glance. If you have a question about some product, they will answer you fast. However, if you received the wrong product or a defective one, they won't answer any emails nor calls. I have bought 2 times from them, but the last time that I made an order I received a defective product. I returned the product after they send me an authorization number, but they never contacted me back. It's been 6 months and they have not bother to exchange the product or return my money. I spend $150 plus the shipping. I have call them every month, but they never answer my calls or my emails. They literally kept with the product and stole my money. Buy from another seller. I invite you to make a research from the website and you will see tons of people with the same issue of mine. Even in their Facebook page they have bad reviews, which is weird because I thought that they were going to delete them.

My primary doctor recommended Jobst Stockings. I have been wear Jobst Stocking now for 10 years. Previously, I wore another brand. Jobst compression stockings are the best I have worn since 1995. Use Jobst compression stockings, because of blood clots in my lower leg since 1995. The stockings also help reduce edema in my lower legs, and help the blood flow back up to the heart. Highly recommend.
I need to return my order wrong size was ordered. How do I return order I filled out request from home page but you sent me this and it does not help in my return.
Your service is EXCELLENT, my order came a day BEFORE it was expected. Jobst stockings are simply the BEST. They fit me perfect and they wear for a long time. My original pair I bought from a local medical pharmacy and was fit by them. Now I order the size and style stocking I was fit for directly from Jobst and save over $10 on each pair. They fit as advertised, are not as difficult to put on as others the same size and compression, feel comfortable when wearing them are durable so far.
After hand washing stockings, the stay band rolls down and gradually falls to one's ankles. Hummm, not go. But the first day is very comfortable, how I can't effort them as 1 day stockings.

Didnt like the inability to return the product. Otherwise the service was fast and easy. I had been wearing thigh high jobst stockings for over 20 years. After I had a hip replaced, I could not get my usual hose on by myself. The hospital supplied white knee high stocking which cut off the circulation to my knee. I thought the white thigh high would work but discovered they would not work.
Excellent service easy to order. I will purchase again. You should change the minimum number of characters in review. Thanks
