I don't usually leave reviews and frankly, as good as Jobscan's resume help is, this one was prompted by their fantastic customer service. I ended up getting a job and no longer needed my premium subscription but predictably forgot to cancel. I got charged for another three months and was seriously bummed out but I shot them an email explaining the situation and they promptly refunded me and canceled my subscription moving forward. The next time I'm on a job hunt I will 100% be using them!
Everything is very clear. Good videos and articles.
Hi, Patricia! Thanks for your feedback! :)
The website is easy to use and has very helpful information about my resume.
Hi Tracie, thanks for the wonderful feedback!
The tool is not very sensitive to capture updates and changes.
Good, just need to start using it to get more comfortable.

I am a midlife female changing to Electrical Drafting from Healthcare Admin of 20+ years. Jobscan allowed me to target specific jobs and be aggressive in my job hunt. 1 MONTH was all it took! Eight phone interviews, 3 Zoom meetings, and i got an offer for a job and company I wanted. Thank you so much Job Scan! You perform miracles.
Awesome, Julie! Thanks for the feedback!
I was asked my opinion before I had a chance to see what the experience was, let me have the experience and then ask for my opinion
Why are you charging a fee for this service when many of us are out of work and have limited means?
I stumbled on this tonight and got very excited. I cannot wait to start using it. :)
Thanks for the feedback, Jim
Easy so far but cost a lot of money to upgrade from the free version.
I've hardly done anything so I don't really know yet. Shouldn't be asking me so soon.
It's easy to use and have help me to optimize my resume.
Thanks, Jeanne!
I purchased job scan quarterly plan and it was automatically cancelled due to payment issues. Even though my credit card was not expired or any issues with it.
Job scan never sent email or any communication about failed payment to fix issue. They just simply killed the plan they offered as part of 50% off quarterly plan. I really feel cheated as first 4 month I did not use the service much but when I can to login to site I find that I am no more premium and customer care also simply did not help on the same they just said its my fault to not check emails. Where I did not found any email even in junk emails since my account was expired within 10 days and my junk email also don't delete before 30 days. I will not trust them again as they simply delete my premium without notifying me.
It was eye-opening to see what my current resume scored according to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and I'm excited to make changes and see if I begin getting better results.
Awesome, Amy!
U have done nothing and already asked for my opinion
Answer: Hi Tanisha! Jobscan recommends at least 80% for ATS to make your resume visible to the hiring manager. To boost your match rate, take a look at the missing skill and keywords (the ones denoted as red X) and see which ones are relevant to include in your resume. Focusing on including missing keywords that appear more frequently in the Hard Skills section will quickly boost your match rate. Here's a video tutorial that helps with getting your rate up - https://www.jobscan.co/video-resume-match-report. I hope this helps. Please reach out to [email protected] if you have questions as you go along. Thanks!

Whether you're on a Free plan or Premium, the Jobscan tool can help you by providing keyword feedback and tips to optimize your resume for an Applicant Tracking System. You may visit www.jobscan.co/plan for our Premium plan options or reach out to [email protected] if you have any other concerns. Thanks!
Answer: Hi Shawn! Thanks for your message. We offer two pricing options for the Jobscan Premium plan -- a monthly option for $49.95 and a quarterly option for $89.95. If you go the $89.95 route, you actually get a free 30-day trial before being charged. Just cancel before the trial ends and you won't have to pay anything!
