Her review identified multiple areas for improvement, importantly on crucial aspects needed to make my resume more impactful, clear, and succinct. My experience with JobLeads was extremely frustrating due to their misleading cancellation process and unclear policies.
- Account deletion was unnecessarily complicated. Their help center failed to mention that termination required a written request, and even after submitting one, they didn't terminate immediately—forcing me to wait until the end of the billing period.
- Instead of canceling my membership, they sent me a payment request, despite their own policy not requiring payment before termination.
However, after multiple emails, they eventually resolved my issue, deleted my account, and confirmed full data erasure.
While they did finally resolve the issue, the process was needlessly complicated and took far too much effort. If you're considering JobLeads, read all their policies carefully before signing up to avoid a similar experience.
