Even though there is no phome number to call, they respond thr next day and fix the issue.
The jobleads customer service has been kind and the only draw back is that we have to send numerous support rquests due to the time. Lag between USA and Germany. But they will fix it and are a good company who cares.

When you signed up for the 14-day JobLeads Trial Membership, it came with a small fee and included information about the automatic renewal policy — which is a standard industry practice to ensure uninterrupted access to the Premium features. This policy, including the notice period for cancellation, is clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions and also sent via email upon enrollment.
If the trial wasn’t canceled within that specified notice period, the subscription automatically renews for the next billing cycle. That’s likely why the charge occurred.
Here's what you can do now:
To cancel your subscription, please log in to your JobLeads account, click on your profile icon, go to “My account”, and scroll to the “JobLeads membership” section. There, you’ll find the cancellation option.
